[quote author=honeyscottage post=56281664] Please CBN can not reject your form A through your sponsor acct, your bank did that and there must be reason for that. 1) Are you transferring the fund to your school or another acct? 2) Does your acceptance letter state your tution and other fees? 3). Your sponsor act, is it up to 3 mths in operation? You can PM me thanks yes I am transferring from my sponsor account to my school and yes my acceptance stated my fee but gtb said the dont want estimated amount from the school that the need actual fee amount not the estimated one my sponsor acct is more than 6month 1 Like |

sundaydammy: Damn! Your agent must have used fake documents with or without your consent. You definitely need to arrest them if it is without your consent. Sorry man. The only option left is to challenge them to court. but you are likely not to win the case. All the best, bro! |

Osemigho: Most guys here like AustinPee and the likes even sabi pass all these quack agents wey no sabi anything...they are only after your money. The truth about TRV is to be truthful and honest with your Documents...it takes almost 3-4 months to get your application processed, now how on earth do you think that during verification they wont catch up with you...Please I keep telling people This, Always do it yourself though you might need assistance and counseling from other experts. But always be original Sorry My broda SundayDammy 1 Like |

Austinpee4: I called vfs office to ask if I can get my international passport without it affecting my application and the lady that answered me said if I request for my international passport I have automatically ended the application process. |

@sundaydammy So sorry bro. Were u not aware or/and did u not suspect there probably was a problem somewhere as u submitted since October knowing u went through an agent with all d agent tales we have here? U could have tried to withdraw your app or something. Only an infinitesimal number of misrepresented apps scale thru d eye of these Canadian VOs needles. 1 Like |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by Austinpee4: 4:14pm On May 08, 2017 |
vee28:I think you should send a mail to the embassy in accra telling them of the situation you have and the urgency in it. They will better respond and advise you on what to do. Do not be scared to send a mail to the embassy. It will not affect your application as long as you do NOT make a formal request to withdraw your application. |

good day, Getting documentation ready for submission latest Friday, My hubby paid 10k USD into my dom acct for living expenses and paid a year tuition (21,000 CAD) total tuition is $38,000 CAD for MBA(dual) andhis corporate acount closing balance is 25m. my final questions are; 1. should I apply with my son and leave my two daugthers or with non of them (they all have visiting expiring in November 2017) 2. can I use my birth certificate issued at birth by my church or I need to get from the NPC 3. My hubby is using his business bank statement and a reference letter from bank stating he is sole signatory, is it compulsory to include a company tax returns 4. Do I have to include his property documents as well? Will appreciate your response |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by mcobex: 5:28pm On May 08, 2017 |
Osemigho:he can't challenge them bro cos cic was right, and I want to believe he didn't even state it that he was using an agent when he applied so he has no case against cic. I will advise u try other countries that don't share info with canny and let's see how it goes. I want to believe the agent is somewhere drinking his cold bottle of beer while leaving the applicant to suffer for his silly mistakes. NB: I will keep telling us to try no matter how busy we are to apply ourself and not leave it to any agent . |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by mcobex: 5:33pm On May 08, 2017 |
sundaydammy:am so sorry about it bro. Pls try and check other countries who most likely don't share info with canada and apply as I know u might not want to wait for canada for the next 5 years or so. It will all end in praise. Damn the agent that did this |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by Austinpee4: 5:57pm On May 08, 2017 |
bosbebe:No problem. You can. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by Eraytee: 6:05pm On May 08, 2017 |
bosbebe:1. You can apply with your son, your husband and ur daughters are still very good hometies for you. 2. Yes u can use that from the church. 3. Its not compulsory but if you have it do good to add it. 4. Include it because it shows the assets of your husband wch forms part of financial strength as an asset. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by bosbebe: 6:25pm On May 08, 2017 |
Thanks. Was confused on applying with kids. Because if I apply alone and indicate that I will be travelling alone and afterwards apply for kids won't it be a misrepresentation? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by Eraytee: 6:33pm On May 08, 2017 |
bosbebe:If that's the case then stick to your initial claim, if u will be traveling with him let your application reflect that from the start. My opinion dou, others can share their opinion. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by Austinpee4: 6:44pm On May 08, 2017 |
Eraytee:You are correct bro. @bosbebe, if you intend to go with your son, do well to apply for him alongside your application. There is nothing wrong in that. If you apply seperately for him, all conditions and requirements of obtaining a visa must be met by your son's profile and his purpose of visiting must also be clear but when you apply for him as an accompanying child/person, his visa will be subject to your study permit application and you only need to show extra funds to cover him. So apply for him along side your application. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by Eraytee: 7:12pm On May 08, 2017 |
jj17cv:Hmmmmm very annoying but I think our prayers should b whenever they wud contact any of the TRV hopefuls, it should be on a successful note cox when they get back to u on ur application is not what matters but the subject matter when they contact u. It will end in victory. 1 Like |
