bantudark1: To what do you want South East to change. To beg for acceptance from Yoruba and Hausa? To quit speaking out against injustice? That will never happen. From my knowledge of history the strangle hold on the South East will definitely end one day and not on terms palatable to Yoruba and Hausa. Look deeper my brother. The youth I see today are very intelligent but restrained because of upbringing. But they observe the below par performance of the older generation. One day they will explode. 1 Like |

Alliance my nyash. The Igbos don't need any fuvking alliance to survive Nigeria. What Indi'gbo need is a grassroots political party will bind the entire Igbos together, East and South, and give them one voice in regional politics. When we begin to speak with one voice, the center will naturally pave way. 1 Like |

bantudark1: The darckside, or whatever is your fuvcking name, get it into your fuvcking skull, don't mistake diplomacy for weakness. Stop shouting like you have what it takes to stand more than one bullet.................. The Igbos will play Nigerian politics the way it suits us best, for optimum result, and your fuvcking opinion is not needed. Shove your smelly opinion into your shitty nyash and get busy with your wanking duty man. Nonsense. 2 Likes |

vagabondMynd44: Wa gbayi, am just as comfused as u are.. ..They hate d Hausa's, Yoruba's are betrayals, Nigeria is a zoo, yet they want to be in high places, they want to enjoy the privilege of majority, how they wany to achieve that, I don't know without support from d North, and south west.. ..As if it's not by election, the piece above is so on point.. ....the same Blunder committed by d formal first lady.. ..u verbally abuse d north where u expect massive Votes, yet u expect to win such election? ... Sensible ones among them like Rochas are building bridges across the country as they know how much we need each other.. ... Like d OP pointed above, Buhari won the election despite all the hate, and boycott from the East yet they are still crying foul.. .. 1 Like |

Paretomaster:Support from the north, yes. We will need that, and i support igbo re-strategizing to get it back. Support from the SW though is not needed. You are not that important. If the SE with the SS support already assured, gets the Middle-belt and parts of the north, then that is an over-kill. No force in the SW can stop that. |

vantage001: Tell me those in the north that you've not insulted ever since GEJ lost election! You people are so predictable with your instabiliy. Truth is you've boxed yourselves into a corner in Nigeria now. |
Re: South East: A Time To Regroup by vantage001: 1:20pm On May 14, 2017 |
ProWalker:Insults? lol. The north killed your leaders and yet yorubas are still begging for crumbs from there. The last thing on the minds of the political elites in the north is igbo insults. Especially when there is something to gain from an alliance. And every single northern leader that matters in the APC have come to pay homage in the east even under this contrary administration. The only region we have shut the door on is the treacherous SW and for good reason. We don''t need you anyway. Anyway, I am sure you wished that were the case, given how yoruba political relevance lies on marginalization of the rest of the south. |

Paretomaster:Tell that to sanusi and the rest of your northern oligarches coming to the east for reconciliation or whatever. I am not talking about the buhari chanting almajiris like you on the street. |
Re: South East: A Time To Regroup by vantage001: 1:31pm On May 14, 2017 |
Paretomaster:The north is a cesspool of illiteracy and backwardness. That is the truth. It is a shame and a damning indictment on Nigeria that a people like that determines our national direction. If you want to me to butter up the north, that is not going to help you in anyway. The truth remains the truth . We are not the SW that will hide behind a smile just to get crumbs. We say it as it is. We are politically straight-forward. |

Re: South East: A Time To Regroup by vantage001: 1:40pm On May 14, 2017 |
Paretomaster:Yes, we are. Throughout Nigeria's history. There is no record of betrayal or cowardice in igbo political history vis-a-vis the Nigerian polity. I am sure you will find plenty examples of those in that of our noisy neighbours in the SW. |

ProWalker:I am sure that scares you. Which is why you conjure up untrue hypothesis about how the north is supposedly angry at igbo insult. Who is even supposed to be angry at the other? Is it the north that have cornered everything or the igbo nation that is watching alarmingly? |
