3.) Change the Constitution through a Referendum, that "If a President dies in office, his region must produce a replacement for him, from that region". Ofcourse, this will be very silly to even attempt.

Very good and honest observation. But the truth is that one cannot take the ranting of few individuals from the North too seriously. We were all alive within the past 2 years where notable Northerners have poured encomium on Tinubu, so the barking and the ranting of few ingrates or slowpokes cannot be construed as the position of the North on National issues.
The other day, the Borno Governor was seen vacating his official seat for Tinubu to seat during his visit to the state as a mark of honour

The person that pulled the 2nd highest votes in the SW in 2011 was Ribadu, a candidate of ACN, a party firmly in control of Tinubu. So, Buhari never stood any chance if he didn't ally with BAT. He had run for about 3 times, he had always won Kano and the NW/NE states but never became president. It's not rocket science that the alliance between Buhari and Tinubu was the missing puzzle piece. Same way Kano's votes had been eclipsing SW votes in past elections yet Buhari didn't become president until he formed an alliance with the Southwest.
