As much as we dont want the players to get injured, we must also note that players dont get injured why playing on the field during games only! During training, injury can come, sometimes, reckless tackles can lead to injury (Jones coming to mind).

This is true. Martial and even Rashford performs better than Mhiki on left, Mhiki drifts into the AM position when played on the left wing and that's where he works best. I don't know why Mourinho can't see this.
