Adedrizzy:another option is u asking ur naija bank to write a letter of assurance stating the funds will be readily transported for u when u inventually get ur trv. a letter from your bank stating that and also try and get the memo from CBN stating forex will be made available by banks to their customers on educational grounds . 1 Like |

@Edilanco, Please where did you get this information from? Please let's be sure of things we dish out here. Please go to Gtbank oyin jolayemi branch V/I and cut your foreign currency draft. Make sure you have FX in you Dom account. Its not difficult. NB: I didn't get this info from anywhere, I work there. Edilanco: 5 Likes |

Holyfield1:Brotherly! Relax! The feel is quite devastating. Someone i know just got his study permit approved some days back on the 5th attempt. You too can get yours! Just pull yourself together, review the reasons after ordering you GCMS file and you will get help! Sooner than later, you would have forgotten that you went through all the trauma. Big up bro! 2 Likes |

[quote author=aliACCA post=56521305] for tuition write what is written on ur admission letter or tuition estimates given to you by the school. Room and Board : 10000 Other: 2000-5000** Please am i to calculate for one year or the full program? Calculate for a year ** depending on ur financial muscle Below is an Excerpts from CiC page on financial sufficiency.. ''Students are required to demonstrate financial sufficiency for only the first year of studies, regardless of the duration of the course or program of studies in which they are enrolled. In other words, a single student entering a four-year degree program with an annual tuition fee of $15,000 must demonstrate funds of $15,000 to satisfy the requirements, and not the full $60,000 which would be required for four years. Officers should be satisfied however that the probability of funding for future years does exist (i.e., parents are employed); scholarship is for more than one year. Applications for extensions made to CPC-V must also meet this requirement''. hope this helps Thanks bro |

Big thanks to all who have been so helpful here. Please I'm interested in PhD studies IT Security, but I'm open to Telecommunications Engineering, Software engineering or Intelligent computing. Through this platform, I now know full funding is necessary. I have search several Canadian institutions but your input is needed. I will like to know what institutions are happy to fund research in these fields although UBC and Toronto remains a priority. |
