Banks don't issue draft in convertible currency anymore and u can't open a Canadian bank account since u haven't had ur study permit yet, so u can go for the last option of putting the money in your account and attaching the cbn circular or better still u can pay ur one year fees to the school

For ur info it means a decision has been made on your application.. Did u receive medical medical or did upfront medicals?? if not likely to be a delay

sorry it's likely to be a delay ...!! dont give up just wait for a few days to go for ur documents and share ur timeline with the house. If u linked your applicstion online then u can check to see the possible reason(s) for refusal.

Brotherly! Relax! The feel is quite devastating. Someone i know just got his study permit approved some days back on the 5th attempt. You too can get yours!

Just pull yourself together, review the reasons after ordering you GCMS file and you will get help!

Sooner than later, you would have forgotten that you went through all the trauma. Big up bro!
