Hey, don't forget that Clark also started fighting(not really crime) from the first episode. Remember that electric guy that has similar powers to livewire.

Clark wasn't really a superhero until later when he moved out into metropolis and became "The Blur". Sure he fought bad guys in the first season, but those were just the ones he came across, or when his friends or himself were in immediate danger. He never took it upon himself to be out there looking to save the day.

Barry Allen of prime power is speed..just speed and it has been seen that with training he can get faster...supes has a lot of powers..but all his powers can't developed any further..his speed will always be the same,while Barry still has a lot of room of improvement in his speed.... Barry is faster than Clark
