hello everyone, thanks for the good work.. please just want to be cleared on a few things. 1) do i need to pay full tuition before applying for TRV. 2) if my spouse coming with me, also want to study using masters or pgd.. should encourge her to apply or will it hamper my chances of getting my TRV as regards convincing VO of family ties. 3) a quick answer to why choose canada for a Pgd program seeing as there are other countries with better ranking. |

marcinho11:That's part of the reason for employment status issue raised by the VO. I had the same issue last year, in NY case I submitted my employment letter but didn't submit my payslip. What I did this time around is to submit my employment letter, payslip, letter of introduction from my director and another letter of introduction from the company. With that I think u will be able to tackle the employment issue... |

marcinho11: current employment situation n purpose of visit... you are quite young for UG studies and still have a fair chance at getting a shot at it but before you try again, I will advise you do this. First order for your gcms at gcmsnow.com. This will give you the best clue as to what went wrong. Getting this will help you plan for your next application and help you restrategize on how to tackle this refusal. Also as @abestine admonished, look at how to resolve that issue.. You completed secondary in 2014 which show a gap of 3 years. You have to tackle this gap in your next application |

Hi guys..... I have some pressing inquiries i want to make from the Gurus here. 1) This Affidavit from Sponsor.... Is it really crucial. And what should the content of the affidavit be? 2) Like UK study visa, money is to be kept in the bank for a specific number of days... Is same applicable in Canada? Urgent response..... thanks guys |

Emmane:1. Yes it is important especially if your sponsor is a 3rd party. The affidavit is a binding document by law. So doing one will tie a sponsor by an oath to fulfill the responsibilty of sponsoring you. The content should be exactly what your sponsor is willIng to do sponsoring your study. 2.No,it is not. Any money available as closing balance must have accumlated over a period of time. If funds are deposited prior to visa application, the source must be proven and MUST reflect the sponsor's income or financial status. Keeping money in an account without proper proof of it's source will most definitely lead to a refusal on the grounds of insufficient funds irrespective of the available balance. |
