1. Eko Atlantic has zero skyscrapers. There are only two skyscrapers in Africa. One in Johannesburg and the other in Nairobi. A skyscraper is a building of over 200m height.

2. The WHOLE of NEW YORK city has 6,154 HIGHRISES. Mark you I'm talking about HIGHRISES not skyscrapers. A HIGHRISE is a building of just 35m high height. Remember this is NEW YORK CITY - the city with the highest number of high-rises in the world and the second highest number of skyscrapers after Hong Kong. Look at New York city. 6,154 buildings over 35m and you guys are talking of thousands of skyscrapers on Eko Atlantic? .....and considering that at the moment there's no SINGLE skyscraper proposed or under construction in Eko Atlantic.
