I would suggest you make a small amount first and test run with it, budgeting like maybe 50-100 people.

As an examiner that has been marking for over 10 years, I will suggest you get red and green Biro for sale.All examiners will make use of red Biro and team leaders will usually have at least 3 green Biro each
As for food, I don't subscribe to snack but corn( boiled one).

That's my opinion tho.

Civic Education is always marked in Agege and Ilupeju. Try Saaka Tinubu sch Agege or Anwarul Islam in Agege too. I marked there 2 yrs ago didn't go last year cos I was busy.
