Hi guys...please don't be annoyed with my question. I will be traveling to the USA for my masters in criminology/criminal justice ... I have been seeing so many threads about getting into medical line such as nursing because it pays very well over there according to what they say...my fear now is, with my master of criminology/criminal justice, does it mean that I can't get a decent job with good pay unless I have a degree in nursing? |

elfmann:First let me make it clear; The argument is someone telling another person here that the whole family should forget America if one of them was deported for breaking visa rules which progress69 called a blantant lie and which i also affirm as a blantant lie. Now to the bolded; I assisted 11 people b/w Apri and May to fill the DS-160 form with my sister's wedding in view and by the grace of God 7 of them got their visas including a 31 years old single lady. My cuz that applied with his mum was denied while his mum was given. The other 2 also applied as father sponsoring son but were denied for reasons i don't know then the last one was my friend who previously applied in another European country and was denied, he was also denied in Nigeria for reasons yet to be understood. 7 out of 11 is a good one Those are the only 4 that didn't get the Visas. Talking of filling the DS-160 form have filled it several times. There is no where anyone asks u how your siblings got to America. In fact no option for siblings. What we have there is Parents and immediate relatives which could be fiance, child, sibling, spouse. When u click yes is when it asks for name and address of the so called relative and the relationship with u, then the Status of the person. Once u are done with that it is straight to work/training/Sch. So i don't know where u got the bolded from. 12 Likes |

MrLP: Lol. Im not gonna talk about this issue again on this thread.... This will be my last post.....about it. I am currently helping someone fill the same form and i just toolk....a screen shot and cropped....to remove application ID. Pic 1. Is the family details and if u av any immediate relative abroad. I clicked yes Pic 2. Those are the options in the field for clicking yes for relatives. Except some people form different .....cos i dey find where how did ur sibling enter Yankee for there. Or have ur sibling be deported for violating Visa rules before. Or person wey dem don deport en sister or brother b4 go click say dem dey yankee ni? I tot they will click No and move on. Or as u fill form finish...one computer go dey find millions of processed applications to find which one be ur sibling. Ok oooo. Una bye bye! 4 Likes

MrLP:Folks are constantly being asked..do u have a relative in America and how did they get in? If u say via B1/B2, how do u think d VO would view it? Again, u are on ur own B1/B2 interview. |

Re: Yankee: through the eyes of a village boy. by keni: 11:16am On Jun 02, 2017 |
Guys lets lay this issue to rest once and for all, once you fill the details of that sibling in the form, they can investigate how the individual became a citizen/ PR if its through visit and then changing status, it will affect the new applicant because they know your sibling can also file for you when you get there even if that's not your intention. Most Visa decision are already finalized before you show up for interview 2 Likes 2 Shares |

progress69: @ bold if you have someone that went through visit visa of student visa, and later changed status please put the details and see whats up, unfortunately they will never tell you why you are being denied 2 Likes |

keni:You don't need to lecture them, let them learn in a hard way..immediately one get to the Vo cubicle at the embassy for interview, all the information you provided in your DS-160 will automatically pop up in front of the vo computer screen. I know of a guy that was denied visa 3 times due to the fact that he used his international passport to received scam funds through western union. This was detected by thumb print. 2 Likes |

bayocanny: You people should stop all this foolish lies to buttress ur bullcraps. Everyone knows what u filled will pop up, that is not a contention here. The bolded is a reason to even grant u Visa...so they can handcuff u at the POE and use u to burst the syndicate u are working with or are u saying they ignored a flagged criminal who was an accessory to fraud committed in the united states? Do u even work with the Embassy? How do u know this was the reasons for his denial.....u be FBI wey u know say na Fingerprint dem take detect am? I am curious to know how u found out all this..or is it just a beer palor gist or conclusions based on assumptions? I have discovered that most of u are either having difficulties understanding what u read. Or are deliberately misunderstanding just to massage your ignorant egos. 10 Likes |
