Great Testimonies here,

I am most pleased for all the good news. It can only be God. I feel you testimonies should not just end here. It's not about the TRV approval, It is about the fact that "You trusted God for something, and He came true to you". Thank God, and Congratulations to all TRV hopefuls in advance. It'll all end in praise.

To the Gurus in the House, Austinepee1, CanadianNurse, Maziude, and the rest..... I am applying via the PAPER ROUTE. 80% of Gathering my documents together. I solicit for your help with this;

- I have challenges paying for visa fees online. My GTbank says they don't do transactions above $100 a day. My Diamond Bank says they don't do international payments for now.... Both bank advises i open a Dom account which i hv no plans to. Please kindly advise on what to do. Which bank can i easily make these payments with without stress.

- I have almost all my documents ready. After a successful payment of Visa fees, what next should i do? Should i just go to Ikate (i learnt that is were the vfs office is in Lagos) and submit like that? Are there protocols, like picking a date to submit the application or something. Will I have to do biometrics at once? I'm I submitting my passport at once as well?

- Lastly, I cannot know it all, is it possible for a guru to run through my documents 1st before final submission? Submitting via the Paper route. Anyone willing to help out should please send me a mail. emmaudofia2003@gmail.com.

Thank you guys in advance.
You don't need to pay online for paper application, carry your cash to VAC lekki
Just go to lekki with all your documents and your cash for visa fees, no need to book appointment you will be given a ticket at the door just relax and wait for your ticket number to be announced then proceed note: they will help you arrange the documents there... You do biometrics and submit passport as well

Hello house, last year I got admission into Conestoga college and applied for Trv but it got denied based on controversial grounds (but I know it's cos of pgd or pgc. The embassy prioritize msc And phd to other degrees).
Please I need advice now, I want to apply for another admission. Should I go for same pgd or I should be going for msc straight (considering I have a cgpa of 3.37 and you guys know how difficult it is to get masters admission with such gp)?
Thanks

Please gurus in the house, can anyone help me out on the above situation? Thanks

Sorry about the refusal but which one is controversial grounds?
Judging from recent observations, It is better to go for Masters than the PGC/PGD. You should be able to get a master's admission with a cgpa of 3.37 cos i believe it should be more than a 3.0/4 which is required in most schools.
What program are you going for?

Morning bro,
If you are submitting via paper route you do not need to pay anything online through your MasterCard, simply take your 56k along your documents to VFS's office and pay at the point of submission.

Just ensure you take all the necessary documents there with you, with that you don't have a problem.

Submitted mine in Abuja, I didn't book any appointment, I just went there and paid the said amount, did my biometrics and left... all these within 45 minutes

Grateful..... Thanks.

I read amongst other requirements that Transcripts should be sent along side....

Is it really compulsory to send transcripts even when certificate is attached??

Will they accept WES Canada Transcript Evaluation

I need to know as i do not hv an original copy of my transcript but a coloured printed version of it.... Do i need to notarize it? I have an original WES Evaluation as well.

If you can, follow this link http://www.wes.org/students/igpacalc.asp and imput your undergraduate grades. You will get the Canadian Equivalent of your CGPA which is usually on a scale of 4.
You can also check MSVU, they offer a masters program in food nutrition, with a good SOP and Recommendation Letters and a 3/4 CGPA, you should get your admission.

Hmm,
My dear, it can be very hard. Its mostly unskilled jobs through job agencies, examples include sales clerk at wall-mart and the likes, Machine maintenance at Toyota, production line jobs (terrible) etc. Though its not all gloomy, some do pay well mainly if you secure a job without agencies. With the right skills and certification, you can actually get good jobs as a student, just pray your school work load will giveS you the time to work. Start writing your resume well in advance NOT CV.

Oops. Sorry about the news. If you applied online, the refusal letter will be included in the correspondence area of your account. Same thing applies if you applied through paper route and linked it online.

However, the letter will still be included when your passport is returned to you. (paper route).

To chance DLI in this context, it has to be with a new application as the one submitted already will be used to process and make a final decision.

Notwithstanding, if the already submitted application is approved, your friend can change to his/her preferred school as long as it meets the conditions on the study permit. So it's either your friend withdraw the previous application and reapply with the new one or be hopefull the submitted one is approved.
