Guys, pls the i20 says, the parent or guardian, and student, must sign if student is below 18. Please, does this mean that if the student is above 18, ONLY THE STUDENT SHOULD SIGN, therefore the space for parent's or guardian's name and signature should be left vacant?
Yes

It's not a must actually but it's best you put it just to keep the right path of what you've been doing since graduation. I replied your pm late dunno if you got it. Regards

Very rash, I must say.

Could it mean that the uncle is looking for a cheaper option, is this now a crime. The uncle has not refused to help him yet...to be labeled 'untrustworthy'.

He's such a stingy man. Don't trust that your uncle for anything. An uncle that can't spare less than $120 is that one uncle?

Exactly. He doesn't even know a thing about the so called uncle to conclude. And what if he is broke at the moment.

LagosismyHome:

haba life abroad is not easy for everyone....... Do you know the other load the Uncle might be carrying . Also DHL is no where near $20... it more like $100 plus to Nigeria

Hello guys my school sent my i20 to me without notifying me
I have been waiting for it since I was accepted, I actually think it's my fault because I didn't include any Po box while filling my address Cos my house no get Po box.
So I requested for anoda one, So they mailed it to my uncle staying in Us.
I want to know the easiest means for him to send it to me he said Dhl is too expensive, Guys pls help

Tell him to use USPS express which can be tracked. It ranges from $45-$63 and it gets delivered within 3-5 biz days. Also, if you don't have a working address, use a post office address with your name and phone number provided by your uncle at USPS as the receiver and NG post office will call you when it arrives or use a working home or work address.

I made use of Unilag Post office address when I was getting mine and I was called when it arrived.

You can schedule a pickup with DHL Nigeria for about N22,000. I did it from Port Harcourt.

They will go to your uncle's USA home or office address to pick it up and then deliver to you at your own designated Nigerian address. Takes 3-4 business days.

Someone here used Courier Plus for same service, cost him N16k from a Lagos location.

Sincerely, as much as I don't desire that anyone be delayed, I really wish those delayed lately could also share their transcripts so that the bosses here can help them correct their flaws and other prospective visa applicants can also learn from them in order to avoid same pitfalls.

Why don't you ask them? While an acceptance letter is different from an I-20, they are usually mailed together. Just ask
