The etc is because he let players go and hopes to replace them. Navas, Sagna, Clichy, Zaba. So he needs a RWB, RB, LB to replace them. He might get 1 more CB. These are the positions that City were seriously wanting in even before he arrived. If he gets them, he would win the league and one other domestic trophy. Quote me.

Hart cost Torino six points... please compare that with the stats of bravo and compare Torino's defence and city's defence...

I told you, there is nothing like more excuses. It is about filling the positions that are left unoccupied. It is not about signing who he "wants". If that were the case he would have gone for Marcelo, De Gea, Messi etc. It is about signing who he needs based on who he has let go.
