That bill is targeting the wrong crowd. They should include verhicle drivers that form 5 lanes on a 2 lane road when there is traffic jam and those Govt officials that uses siren indiscriminately. |

Why must everything in Africa be made like a joke and an animal farm Could it be because we are rich in wild life and games This is one of the worst bill I have ever had, what about a bill to make people embrace farming with passion and a bill to eradicate poverty I believe somebody somewhere is been fooled here. As far as am concerned, such bill is highly unwarranted because it is as dump as spanking a child and asking him or her not to cry. This is more like reminding Nigerians and Africans that no matter what we do, we will always all remain animals be you rich or poor! I expect to hear more of anti corruption and more of antigraft bill to checkmate the excesses of unruly politicians who have made a cabal of the states affairs! Stupidity of the highest order!!! |

can you imagine? a bill for 6 months jail term for those that distorts queue. everything needs to be really understood. is it for the external agent that comes from no where to do it or the poor longing to get attended to, the attendant doing rubbish, some people using familiarity and the likes ... well am not preaching violence but i think our house of reps sometimes just pass bills that are irrelevant. what bill have they passed on people that steal public fund among other more serious matters, only for them to be cycling the court of law... i rest my thumb at this point |

Is the aim of government now to set up pipelines that would be feeding penitentiaries? This is not how to inculcate virtues. |

I expect many lawless Nigerians to kick against this. They stay on queue while in New York, London and Dubai, but they find it hard to do so at home. This legislation is on point. |
