Corruption fight is turning to a joke and people coming to realize it av started going back to acting their old ways.
Buhari set out to fight corruption but throughout his 12yrs of seeking the presidency,he never had or even thought of a strategy to achieve it.
So if it's not d Senate ridiculing him,its his own cabinet or appointees,or d police, party members and now d judiciary has joined suit.

Totally agree! My analogy of buhari is like someone knocking in your door for 12 years and you don't answer. Then you finally come downstairs to open the door and say "what do you want? " And the guy at the door doesn't have anything to say as to why he was knocking.

This is why Buhari refused to send this present chief justice of Nigeria's name to the Senate, see what Osinbajo caused Nigeria!
This is totally unfortunate, Nigeria has now become a circus show! Anyways, what do you expect when you have a flattrron who is used to bribe as the chief justice of Nigeria.
A thief will always be a thief, even when you make him chief justice of the federation!

None of the six judges has the moral right to convict anybody again since they themselves have been accused and discharged.

It's now crystal-clear that this Walter is not ready to fight graft in the judiciary. How can a supreme cour justice be attending court trial for corruption? Where's that ever done. I hope this man becomes the first CJN to be removed. This is so low!
You are so naive even more than Buhari, agbaya

Did you say 'accuse'? Bros, the evidence were too weighty. You mean the house of a judge should be turned to a mini-bank housing foreign currencies?

While corruption should be tackled wherever it is found.
Stocking cash at home is not a crime and the mistake
EFCC and DSS keep making is that they are asking the
accused to proof their innocence instead of EFCC proving
the guilt of the accused.

No civilised justice system will convict based on the prosecution
throwing the burden of proof on the accused using mere
circumstantial evidence.

The duty of the prosecutor is to prove the guilt of suspects.

I agree with you. In all, I think DSS is to blame. They should have allowed EFCC to do it, but their commando-like theatrics and history of disobeying court orders - bungled everything!

You sound so emotionally empty and its a shame.
Isn't it obvious from the beginning that the FG set out to tarnish the image and destroy the reputation of these judges for not dancing to her tunes?

While we support the war against corruption, it must however be devoid of personal biases, it must not be used as a tool to harass the opposition and silence dissenting voices.

The judges should sue the government for embarassment and defarmation of character. I am sure if they do this, the government will be more careful next time.

Talk is cheap,You can volunteer as a scapegoat go and steal from the organization you work for,so you can see how effective EFCC and DSS really are. Is your father, a product of the system a corrupt person or he is a bishop by Nigerian standard?
