But majority coaches are not playing 3-4-3 right now.

AIG07:
Nope. Just as it also seen in the case of formations deployed in football over the years. From 4-4-2, 4-3-3 and now 3-4-3(more coaches are adopting it). Majority of coaches adopts/follow trends as a result of change in football patterns while others decide to deviates and stick to what de believe will work for them. This doesn't mean that those who deviated will fail.
*it all boils down to individual's CHOICE*

you can decide to build your team around Form(i.e prioritizing form ahead of class) while another coach decide to say no-it is class first. All well and good-it depends on how you view it.

I think the real question here is: can Real Madrid ever win a game, any game at all, without playing with a man advantage?

I don't tink so, it was injury and lost of form, as well the outstanding form of the second choice keeper that drooped him to the bench
Bottom line was that his team went on a loosing streak with him in goal, almost like a free fall.
He later lost his place in the team.
These are undisputable facts.

Izou is definitely the MOST underrated coach in the whole wide world. The man totally outreached and outclassed Allegri today.

Thanks goodness they did.... Madrid just gave me more reasons to smile tonight.

I have always wanted Zidane to win it again and show that a world class player with godlike-achievements in his playing days can also cut it as a world class coach with outstanding achievements backing it up.

Happy for Zidane... happy for C.Ronaldo... they both epitomise a keen quality I have always stood for in my personal quest for excellence.

But on the Issue of who keeps goal... common Akpeyi gets the nod.

Alampasu won't keep goal even if he goes thru camp without conceding a goal in all sessions. Period.

He is a super potential but a rookie and that goalie position is the most sensitive of a team's defence. Akpeyi starts no question.

If Akpeyi could man the post against Algeria successfully, then SA shouldn't pose a headache, to hell with what those SAcans say.

Last last, if dem give us three, we give them six. I sha know they will struggle to penetrate our defense, even less trouble Akpeyi. They may not even make it past the midfield grin

Seriously! Real Madrid shouldn't even be in the finals. This finals should've been Bayern Munich vs Juventus if not for the dodgy and the shady officiating.

regarding shehu...but you never said ajagun can play defensive roles or can he play as a CB or RB or even as a goal keeper?
I won't be surprised if you yes....though

What was the question you first asked?

You asked... mention any player that can play RB and DMF, ba. Then I listed all the positions Abdul Ajagun plays. No 10, CMF, DMF, LM, RM and RB.
.
What else do you want me to answer you?

Oo! You were disappointed that Abdul Ajagun could play defensive roles. Sorry sir, as you can see, he can play them well even better than Shehu Abdullahi.

Can Shehu Abdullahi play CB or as a goalkeeper?

O.. I see, Rohr should deploy him there fast fast against SA. Very good of you. Next.

Now that makes it even worse undue influence becomes very plausible.

The reason why a player who has spent almost the whole season out with injury is invited to the SE after playing 10 minutes if football.

It doesn't look good Bro.

I was talking with a British agent this evening informally to a number of Nigerian origin players and these issues were raised that cause concern for both players and agents.

Rohr believes in Osimhen's abilities and that is what matters. I repeat, you can not start arguing with Rohr because his intuition in the game is light years ahead of ours.

That agent does not know jack about football compared to Rohr. He is not in position to argue. There comes a time when the argument should cease and we should watch to see how Rohr intends to unleash Osimhen.

When people make statements that Alampasu will flop, it baffles me because how do they know? Do they have a magic ball. Let people stop all this Alampasu is a kid talk. There are many Young keepers who have kept and done well on bigger stages than this qualifier.

We easily write off our talents and complain. I repeat, if Alampasu does better than the old brigade in camp, he is a better choice.

Big shout out to Zidane, CR7 and the Madrid stars. History made today was amazing.

Casemiro's one touch football caught my attention and I hope Ndidi can replicate such performance in his future games.

I forgot about Afcon. That's right. The main point is that we have a young team. We are going forward. Aluko is not one for the future. Look at the number of young stallions that Rohr blooded recently. Very soon he will be having selection wahala. Those guys are coming at him quick and fast.

Young possibly better not certain.

Everything you have said is speculation outside of a few true quality players tell me one who is better in the position that Aluko plays that is better than him.

though I see some reasons in your comment
but...the 3 goal keepers are not different frm each other...none exceptional amongst them

should dele start against south Africa... he won't flop...
me not concerned about this though ..just that omeruo playing CB leaves me uncomfortable

I wasn't comparing Osimhen with Ronaldo. Not at all. I was only using Ronaldo to state a principle. Bros, he cannot be in Chelsea U 18 but he's at Wolfsburg. Let's keep our fingers crossed. Because no matter how much you do not approve his call up the fact is that he's in camp and we can't change that. Salud!

But the principal you state had a unit of measurement attached to it, so how can it be relevant in this regard to Osimhen.

Pls do w need to debate this again coz i remember we had a fruitful discussion on this and i believe it was settled.

Alampasu whao a talented keeper but has he reach d pedigree to be number 1 for national team but based on his club performance i think he hasn't and no need to argue it.

Akpeyi remain d sure bet due to Ikeme absence. He has d experience(South Africa,Egypt,Algeria,Senegal) i believe u don't want to hear but a good coach w never bench such a player for a young keeper who is still trying to find his feet.

Alampasu time is coming just like Enyeama of 2002,he should just remain focus coz sky is d limit.

Rohr capped 9 new players. How is that speculation? Is Aluko good? Yes but I don't think Rohr will invite him and there's nothing strange about that.

In 1996 Aime Jacquet, French national team coach left out Eric Contona, a Man United legend, David Ginola(I remember watching Ginola when the premiership was sponsored by Rothmans of Pall mall and he was destroying defences then, he played for Newcastle and later Tottenham alongside Jurgen Klinsmann) and Eric Pierre Papin out of the Euro 96 squad because he wanted to build the young team around Zidane. Do you know how hot these three guys were in that year? Aime Jacquet went ahead and revamped the French team without these guys and won France 98 World Cup.
Read the article on this link
http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/cantona-and-ginola-omitted-by-france-1348207.html

So permit Rohr to do his thing and judge him by the results. This Aluko thing really dey pain you sha but free the matter. Cheers
