freshdad: Then they put in a little effort to research and reach out to veterans via pm, and they respond at their discretion. You have no idea what some people went through to negotiate whatever you think is a piece of cake. Just because you got it on a platter of gold? If anybody is in dire need, they will go the extra mile and dig deep. If not they should go to US by themselves and fish out a package and come and distribute it so that monitoring spirits and ghosts can help you destroy it. 6 Likes 1 Share |

The bolded was exactly what i did to you and till tomorrow you dint respond. You dont need to take it too personal. Like I earlier stated, everyone has a choice on what to do with information. i did alot of research myself too before I got it, so ma'am we dont own it, we are just priviledged to have it... Good Morning Everybody, I'd like to make a booking on Qatar Airways from Lagos to LAX for two of my sisters. The trouble is, the prices they are showing is in dollars and I was hoping I can make payment in Naira cos I have money in my Nigerian account. How do you guys pay in Naira with Qatar Airways please? Do I need to call them to make that quote for me or what? Please help me out. Thanks a lot. cc Nefertitiam, Sugah and all other moms. |

Hi Everyone. I would need your advice as usual. Applied for Dropbox and was asked to go for an interview. Vo: greeting Me:hi Vo:passport pla What are you going for Childbirth When did you have your last baby 2 years ago How many weeks are you spending now 10 weeks How many weeks dos you spend the last time 10 weeks VO:How many kids do you have Me:2 VO: why did you state you where going for holidays and went to have your baby Me: at the time we applied for vacation, I was asked if I was pregnant and I said yes. During the interview the Visa office said if we decide to have put baby in the us I should notify the embassy of this intention because we might be stopped at the point of entry. We notified them and got a reply VO:Do you have an Itemised bill from the hospital. An Itemised bill(she emphasized this) Me:No,but i have zero balance. The hospital doesn't give an Itemised bill VO: oh yes they do. Hospitals in the US give an Itemised bill. Me: ok. I tried getting that, but wasn't successful Do you know anyone in Phoenix Me: No VO: are you going alone Me: Yes VO:Why is your husband not going with you Me:Because he has to be at work VO:Who would take care of your 2 year old Me:My husband and mother Inlaw VO What do you do Me:I told her VO:How long have you been doing that Me:Abt 5 years now VO:Do you know anyone in Phoenix ( she asked again) Me:No VO:Do you know anyone in Chicago Me:No VO:Why are you going to Chicago now Me:Because Phoenix was about far and since am going alone I want somewhere closer where I can just have my baby and quickly head back home I think that abt that and brought their green paper. I would like to reapply. Is this advisable? But I need advice to on what to do and say next. What I said wrong and what I did wrong. I would appreciate every kind and urgent Response Thank you much 1 Like |

mamanjai: Your story is similar to mine. You can read my transcript. I guess you used MIHS previously. If yes, then it's probably because of the low bill that the VO drilled you so much. I'm also guessing this took place at Abuja embassy. They are vexing in that place. If yes, I would advice you to reapply in Lagos Also, that your reason of Phoenix being far compared to Chicago is too vague. America is far as well. If you are so worried about distance, why not give birth in Nigeria where you don't even have to travel at all. You could have said something about getting better accommodation there. 6 Likes 1 Share |

I think you have a better chance in Lagos. You are lucky Abuja airport has been re opened. Me i had to go through Kaduna to fly to Lagos. I don't think the itemized bill will change their mind in Abuja embassy |

Good evening house, trust we all had a good day. Please advice, my wife wants to apply to go give birth in the US but i wont be applying with her at the moment because of a business project i am handling in Benin....However, i will later on to join her before she give birth..... My question: There is a section that says, "ARE THERE OTHER PERSON TRAVELLING WITH YOU?" do you think she should choose YES OR NO? Also, when i am ready to apply, what visa category should i apply for? I look forward to your assistance everyone... |

olu101: You should answer "Yes" if there are other people traveling with her and "No" if there are not. Saying the truth should not be that difficult. |

freshdad: Perhaps it is personal and I may have my reasons. And yes, you are only privileged so be grateful and move on. Like I said, I reserve the right to respond if I want to or not, at my discretion. The people I have responded to are people I feel comfortable with and I am sure they have the soundness of mind to respect why it is not public prpperty and they have lived up to it. And I'm sure I was right about your ability to do same. That is why I didn't respond to you. And just as I suspected, here you are, itching to mess it up. I don't blame you. I blame the person that introduced you. 7 Likes 1 Share |

#sos# Good day house. I want to say a big thank u you all for all the information that has been shared on this platform. Pls am in a big dilemma. I just had my baby to the glory of God.am being told now that he needs to have a hearing test which is mandatory by law. The test however is not in the package I got and it is not discounted for.it comes at a fee of 500$. Am confused as this is quite high for me.am considering refusing this test buy they say I'll have to sign a refusal form Ave been trying to consult pple some say I should do it since it's mandatory by law of the state others say if I don't have the money and it's not goin to be discounted for I should refuse it sign the forms instead of been stranded or been boxed to receiving any form of financial aid Pls house I need your timely advise as ave told the lady to come while I decide on what to do. Let me add that i delivered via an unplanned caesearean which added a new twisty to the all situation. Has there been any body that refused the test of this kind, any consequence later for the child or future application. Thank u so much Responses anticipated in earnest |

Hi everyone, I need an advise, during my visa interview when I was asked which state I was going to , I told the VO I was going to Chicago Now my plans have changed, I will be heading to Houston and yes my intention of giving birth was disclosed during the interview. I'm just wondering if the change of state will not affect me at POE, if such question comes up what do I say? Kindly advise. Thanks |

4tiwa: Hi, i gave birth at oakbend and i also refused the hearing test. I was made to sign a waiver, which i did. On the flip side the hearing test has helped quite a number of people in form of early detection. I think a mother previously wrote about how they noticed some abnormalities in her baby's ear through the test and they were able to quickly rectify it. So in this case to each own. Its a decision you have to make for yourself 3 Likes |
