Where are you getting your info from. The miami dade jail website says he is due for hearing tomorrow at 9:15 am and that he is not considered indigent. Yes, the new attorney is Fan Li, a public defendant. The hearing tomorrow is just to have a judge listen to the report of the crime and to set a date for the case hearing.

Credit cards, Internet scam etc are federal crime in State. He is a first offender so I guess he just going to get a slap in the wrist between 6 to 11 months which is a misdemeanor but if he get a meet a racist judge, then he is in for a big sh**t.

Embattled Nigerian artiste, Dammy krane, appeared in court today for his bail hearing in the 9-count fraud charges leveled against him in the U.S. He was in court with Chukwuebuka, his accomplice.


Chukwuebuka, who is claiming to be Dammy krane's show promoter, filed paperwork saying that he is indigent. According to our source, the court looked at his papers and it was found that he has no money or property in any bank. He was thereby kept in jail till 22nd of June, 2017.


On his part, Dammy krane pleaded not guilty and paperwork was provided to his defense attorney, showing what police found on his phone. None of his family members or record label representative was in court today. .

Also, the court wants proof that the money to be paid for his bail, is from a honest source. The two suspects now have a new defense attorney, a free one from government, by the name Fan Li. Both accused are back in jail till their next hearing. .

Meanwhile, an inside source confirmed to us that there is a big development in a federal court, coming soon, with new charges. Details of the impending charges are not yet clear but it looks like they are arising as a result of the same kind of fraud committed across state lines.

Again, he's not innocent, the Us police will never arrest you if they don't have a concrete evidence, you can confess to killing 100 people but they will never arrest you if they don't have the evidence

As for his career, it's dead already, he can't travel to the USA or Uk ever in his life

Imagine getting conned out of your hard-earned money not to forget that it's even a Nigerian and a celebrity for that matter. Just looking at it from the victim's point of view. Or do you see wizkid stealing credit cards?

I still don't pity this boy. It's not like he stole because he was hungry or dying or something, even that is not justifiable. He stole because he wanted to belong , show off on IG for likes, and come across as what he's not.

If he isn't a Legal Permanent Resident, and he is convicted on state and/or federal theft charges, Dammy could be administratively deported and permanently barred from entering the United States, except if he obtains a special waiver from the Department of Homeland Security.
