I condemn IPOB for their hate campaign. It's not working for them at all, it has rather incited hatred against them from every corner of the country.

Even if we don't want to form a regional political party, don't we have igbo reps, senator and Governors in the East from existing parties? Come 2019 mobilize and make sure that only candidates aligned with Biafra vision win all election seats.

Make sure anti-Biafra senator, Rep and governors are voted out. Then the entire south east will speak with one voice, get the cooperation of other friendly regions and push for a referendum at the national assembly. This may take a while though. And while at it put up development programs that will encourage igbos outside the east to invest and relocate in the east

All these keyboard activism and name calling insulting Hausa, Yoruba, and south south will only portray the southeast as unserious. Even the biblical Israelites did not engage in direct battle with Egypt. They would have lost.

I'm sure the east does not wants a violent sessesion, Which will replay the Biafra war- there are no true winners in war. The other option will be to use the existing constitutional framework to push the sessesion agenda.

It's like you don't even know there is nothing like referendum for secession in the 1999 Constitution, so how do you start discussing what the law does not recognize?

The first thing is to get the constitution amended to make provisions for referendum for secession, again.
It was there in the 1960 and prior constitutions but was "amended" out for God knows why.

It is noteworthy that Southern Cameron seceded from Nigeria, before independence, via a referendum.

Yes, the British used an Army called the West African fronteer force under the command of Lord Lugard to over run the area now called Nigeria, killed many people, and brought everyone together by force. That is the history of how Nigeria was created. Lugard has gone back home, now it is time for us all to return to the way we were before he came to force us all together

Nnamdi Kanu should register a political party. I'm sure no one can rig against that party in the SE, it's IMPOSSIBLE.

Once the party clears all Gubernatorial and Nass positions, let them push for referendum at the National Assembly. Secondly it'll be nice to see if they can manage the SE economy if they win guber elections. Nnamdi Kanu and his followers must show us they are good administrators at state level before we trust them with the leadership of the new Igbo nation.
