i dont know. It may be from windows or the card. Mine was misbehaving a few week back. not being listed, showing connected even when no device is connected on the phones end. But it stopped on its own.

try those phones that arent listed on other laptops of windows 10

Solved: I had to install the previous network adapter before it was upgraded to win 10. Thats "Broadcom 802.11n Adapter"
