Jamiedani: Hello! PFL educational services are good but what stops you from handling your application yourself? I feel the answer to your question is solely your call to make. My candid advise to you is to monitor your application and be involved in the process irrespective of the choice you make. Regards. |

Avalon316:Like I said it all depends on the VO. You can get a 2 or 3 years work permit after finishing a 2 year program. Some of my friends that did my program got 2 years. Officially they don't give less than the length of your program. A friend did 1 year and got 2 years. Another friend did 1 year and got 1 year. So its at the discretion of the VO. I found out that my friends that got 2 years work permit after a 2 year program finished in less that 24 months. I still have friends that completed their program in 16months and got 3 years. 3 Likes |

Jamiedani: If you really want to use an agent go for MAPLE education based on success rate. I heard its now $1500. The owner is an accredited Canadian immigration consultant. I used them and I was impressed with their services. Be ready to get a lot of documents. They don't leave any stone unturned. 2 Likes |

akmog: Na wa o for CIC! na any slight thing dem dey pick on. You application looks good. The problem likely will be the relationship between your work experience and your proposed program. One thing we must understand is that these officers do not completely understand the indepth description of roles of work experience/current activities if they are not directly in line with the proposed program. They just want to see the same line or current activity with intended program. Anything allitle different, we must broaden their scope and relate how the current job is either a good part of the the program or an aspect of it that need further development. This is where the statement of purpose will come in. I think you need one that will better open their mind to these terminologies, their application in your career in telecoms, how the master program in SPACE PHYSICS would further add and in what capacity.I mean, questions will bother around 1.why space physics? 2.Does this person have any research or work as a space scientist? 3.How will space physics add to someone working in telecoms? 4.If he says he will come back after study, how will he use space physics in nigeria since he has 5 years experience in telecoms? 5. How will space physics add up in telecoms? I would assume a visa officer may want to understand how space physics and telecoms go together and how your proposed program would significantly add to your advancement having a career in telecoms. They probably would think you are going for the master because you have a physics degree and not because of your current activity. You will have to prove them wrong and tell them all about your job and how more knowledge in space physics would add to it and make your career improve. If you just graduated from university, they would have seen your intention to study space physics as genuine atleast to research on space technology. Beside, your program is research based and to say you intend researching on an area you are not currently having work experience in or have not completely enlightened a visa officer about possibilities with your master program will be seen as a non genuine move. All the same, i still suggest you order for your gcms note. It will be more revealing and then we can hit the nail on the head. Meanwhile, start thinking and putting down the areas in your current job that directly relate with your program and if need be, do further research on some area of application space physics has in telecoms. 5 Likes 1 Share |
