My good friend you have made a good decision to stop smoking. You need your inner power of determination. Resist smoking 1 minute, then 5 minutes and then 1 hour by replacing the thoughts when it comes. Get busy doing something else so as not to have time to think about it. Then you will be able to do without it one day at a time, one week and then 1 month and on and on.

'Something must kill a man' on the other hand prevention they say is better than cure. Life is all about ones choice, I won't go against u smoking but when u are really ready to stop and u seek some encouragement like the op did then it won't hurt to give him a piece that actually worked for me. shalom.

you just quit smoking. it a process. cigarette contains nicotine, which is very addictive. if you stop smoking immediately, you may even fall sick or some withdrawal signs. how does this work? base on psychological methods first u admit u have a problem and smoking is bad which you have done. for more info whatsapp 08066804316

Go to synagogue church of all nation after praying get anointing water and minister it at your hands and mouth and apply Faith that's how I did in 2010 till today 19/06/2017 I hate to perceive the smelling of cigarette arround me. That's my Faith try it am sure I will work for you as well.

Quitting is hard but it can be achieved. i had it for fifteen years and later bid the habit bye-bye. First you have to envisage all the bad things it has caused you in the past. poor quality sex life, penis shrinkage , cancer , weaknesses , inferiority complexes, lack of courage, looking ten yrs older than your real age and lastly early death etc. the thought of these things will help you say NO to the fucking habit.

I don't know about e-cigars in details(effects,health risks), I tried buying one and couldn't find outside Nigeria but I will have to read on the Safety and effects compared to cigarette.

@OP at 1st u wil need to mak up ur mind nd b determined, and try as much as possible to avoid frnds dat u smoke 2geda. Stop goin out with money weneva u wanna tak a stroll nd try avoid d smoking joint for lik 1month+...

That's wat I did dat I overcome it, I successfully stopped smoking for close to 2months nd when I try to smoke again it taste badly in my mouth that I feel lik vomiting and that was d last tym I smoke and it's over a year now...

OP once again u will need to make up ur mind and be determined

Hi there,

Okay, it's not very easy to stop smoking due to the addictive toxin in your body. I'll advise you do Master Cleanse (i.e Maple Syrup,Cayenne pepper and mineral water) for ten days or more...it's has the potential to remove addictive toxins from your body.

there are other means to rid of smoking habit (i cant think right now)

try the Master Cleanse or read about it.

it isn't easy to just stop, especially if you're addicted.
what I'll advise is that you start by reducing the quantity you take per day. If you smoke 5 cigarettes everyday, reduce it to 3. from that 3, make a decision that you won't smoke more than 1 or 2. Gradually, it would be easy to stop.

Large dosage of Vitamin C can help you quit smoking. Take it to bowel tolerance level,l mean when your stool become very loose you can then reduce the dosage for maintenance level.
