I don't think Op is completely wrong, all the scriptures he quoted there are right and true. First and foremost, there is repentance and God forgiving you of all your sins, now having the holy spirit in you, brings about restitution, because just like you said, you cannot defraud someone and says you are now born again, restitution makes our ways right and gives us a good conscience. However restitution is something we need to be careful of, a lots of us don't understand it. For the sake of readers, restitution is never a burden or another remission of sins, No, Jesus already paid for with his blood and you are cleansed, the truth is that God knows true repentance, and he knows his own. You can imagine a married woman that had committed adultery in the time past and she is now born again, in the course of restitution, you are confessing the past to your husband that is not yet born again, you will only destroy your marriage. On Jesus suffering it was already prophesied by the prophets of old testament and if you read it deeply, you would realise that it was described exactly as it happened. Jesus suffered the way he did to fulfil the prophecy, that was why immediately they gave him the vinegar he said "it is finished". Comparing the suffering of Jesus with that of Paul is completely wrong.
Also remember that in the same bible as I stated in my previous post it is written "whatever a man sows he reaps". Yes a born again is a new creature but the word of the Lord shall never fall to the dust.
