I like making research to back up my words/statements. the guy in question is @arcayo. He firstly got his study permit BEFORE proceeding for his PR application .

Here is the moniker @arcayo

I will still append a caveat to this until I see an official policy of the CIC on it. The above person In fact waited for his TRV to be approved first before putting his PR application. So this makes sense. This is the same strategy someone mentioned today, that his immigration lawyers asked them to do and a few people criticized the person for it.

I don't see the reason why you would come and Hang statements on this blog but would fail to buttress your points and make clarification to those demanding such. do you just do ''copy & paste''? or do your posts come from intensive research and then applying knowledge and understanding before posting? you post hazardously in a manner that may intense the feelings of those waiting on CIC.

If you check hes timelines he applied for PNP while he applied for Study permit. PNP is with the province.
He got hes study permit in August, after he got LOA he applied to CIC for PR in October Note: it was after he got the study permit

Thats what i understood from the Timelines.

From those that have been long here abeg if you know anyone one that has an EE application that has gotten a study permit abeg tell me

Thanks in advance
i created my EE profile september 2015 that was before i even get my LOA and applied for TRV

you are right, EE profile does not mean one have applied for PR until ITA is received, i have been on NS PNP since 2015 and later got it from Sask in sept 2016 from July application then applied oct 2016

Other people shared their own opinion on it and not criticise.

I think enough have been shared on this PR thing. I also shared the link to CIC's website for anybody wanting more information.

We should move on and not drag on it any further. It's now left for anybody to decide on what's best for him/her. Thankfully, it hasn't resulted to fights and insult yet. I think everybody had a valid input in their own right and cumulatively enlightened others to an extent. If there are further doubts, let's do well to further study/research on it or better still send CIC a mail requesting more clarification on the subject.

Let's take another fresh breathe of air moving forward.

Regards.

My agent said he would provide a doctored SOA for me.... My agent said USA Refusal will affect my application so I decided to hide it

So many my agent said!

I'm responsible for what I say I'm not responsible for what you understand, I simply aired my opinion!

I sabi this una type of circular reasoning... But I'm done on this

Update on CQA from Quebec.
I called back today since I didn't get the certificate. I was told to fax all my documents I initially submitted to them..

Now, my question is how do I fax them? There are phons applications that can help me fax them? Please, if you know one , please let me know. I remember people faxing their documents to IAOS for certificates evaluation. Please help a sister! Thanks.

From what I understand when someone decides to sponsor you, the onus is no longer on you to provide proof of funds. My dad swore at affidavit that he would pay for my upkeep and all after paying full tuition fees and that he had no other dependent. that was in 2014. I know its harder now. So you can add your just to show ties and all.

They apologized for the lateness and promised to send it before Wednesday. If I don't get before then, I should call back on Wednesday. So I hope to get it today. In the meantime, I will continue with my application. I found out I can start my TRV application without the CAQ but will include my payment receipts and documents showing I have applied for it. Then nite in my SOP that it will be emailed to them as soon as I receive it. Thanks.

Nogen please could you give me the CAQ office contact? Would also love to call them. Mine has lingered for close to 2 months now.
