sarrki: Lol. We are watching with our periscope from distance. Am sure cownu and his baboon cohorts will be ready to delete SS from their map I would encourage regions who are rich in agriculture, solid minerals and other non oil sectors to quickly diversify now before it's too late. According the oil price this morning, it is around $48 which just survived the splurge of almost going below $40 per barrel. When Nigeria was without oil, we are doing better. The oil made us too lazy to strategically think. 3 Likes |

Blue3k:diversification are talks to deceive y' all. There are economies with no Natural resources. They live on import and export. New zealand for example. There are individuals with just one stream of income, they are doing fine. Have built houses and have saved from it and there are individuals that have multiple streams of income but nothing to show for it.if your oil resource cannot be managed properly, what makes you think diversified resources will be Management is key in any institution! 1 Like |

fratermathy, tonyebarcanista wat next? fratermathy will the north still want u as their slave then? even before the 30 years, it will lose its value. There is shale oil, biofuel, electric cars and numerious other renewable source of energy on the table. This includes converting water to energy. 3 Likes 1 Share |

After the 30 years, northern and Yoruba Muslims shall agree to restructuring Nigeria politically. Let those talking about restructure and restructure all their political lives hear this. Let the Obong Victor Attahs hear this. Perhaps, in that 30 years, the Obongs and most of other restructure and restructure peoples in the SS and SE must have finally settled in Abuja, and leave the poor behind in environmentally devastated SE and SS. |

majekdom2: You make good points...but the reason why countries do well...is because they have strong Manufacturing systems...which export finished goods.... New Zealand is a good example...but it is heavily dependent on agric exports...and it's economy can be vulnerable to external shocks as a result (especially in the 1970's and 80's.). |

Dudeweedlmao: OIL RUNS OUT MATE. OIL IS BASICALLY THE REMAINS FROM DEAD ANIMALS FROM THE DINOSAUR AGE. IT WILL RUN OUT AND THE OYINBO KNOW NIGERIA OIL WILL SOON RUN OUT. THEY SAID IT MANY YEARS AGO. DUBAI HAVE USED THEIR ONE TO DEVELOP INFRASTRUCTURE & TOURISM. NIGERDELTA HAVE USED THEIR ONE TO DESTROY THEIR ENVIRONMENT. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE CLEAN WATER TO DRINK, FARM LAND AND FISH IN THEIR RIVERS BECOS OF OIL. THEIR POVERTY WILL BE ON SHOW FOR THE WORLD TO SEE IN THE FUTURE. 5 Likes 1 Share

@ OP, a oil reservoir do not dry up. Rather, the OPEX and CAPEX increases due to the Stimulation operations or installation of downhole accessories to improve oil recovery! Correct the title because it is wrong and Kachuwku is too knowledgeable to make such a lame remark, which he did not make in his speech! |
