1. The website clearly warns that you have to apply 8 weeks before intended travel date.

2. Have it in your mind that school resumption date is September 1st.

3. Remember too you are still going to spend a week or more in Turkey pursuing your Estonian visa. You don't know what obstacle might be on the way because you are in another country where you don't know your way around.

Let’s say you apply today or July 1st, and 8 weeks from now is August 31st/September 1st before you are told your visa is ready or not.

You travel back home from embassy to pick your things to travel. Again you might be travelling to airport if you are in another state.

You land in Ankara on September 3rd or 4th. Then you begin to hope and pray that there is no reason for delay in Turkey, like they might have their own work holiday.

And your grace period is almost exhausted. This is coupled with the fact that I was told the visa might take longer than two weeks. I am only trying to calculate what is best for me. I am not deciding for anyone else.

That was what was stated in my acceptance/invitation letter. Would like to know if its same for all who have already received their letter from EuroAcademy?

Would also like to know if its gonna be a problem applying form Estonian embassy, india?

Hello all, the statement that applicants should apply for TRP is like this: sometimes, one can apply to come to Estonia with only visa and then apply for the trp on arrival. It actually didn't change anything. However, since the school ask for it, one can just put in application for both the trp and the visa.
Also, to seize this medium to contribute to an issue that was raised sometimes ago about Estonia immigration reaching half way in their trp issuing. The milestone reached or the targeted number of trp set for 1500 quota per year did not include the ones given to students. It is basically for those who seek resident permit to work.

I read on another thread on nairaland where Turkey visa was being discussed that it takes two weeks from interview to be ready.

May be your travel agent has another way of penetrating them outside the official turn around time.

According to the info at hand, Turkish visa takes 3days after interview

I believe Uzhi has cleared ground on this but to spice it up, the advantage of going through India route is because you can apply for both visa and trp together and when your visa is out, you pick the trp in Estonia which is unlike Egypt where visa would not be given to BSc. Students until your trp application is approved.

You can go through India as long as you have your visa. Wish you all the best

If you have made a choice to which embassy you wish to go, please let us know. Try to figure it out as soon as possible.

What if as a Masters students, you have a visa to Egypt? Let's say business or tourist visa?

I was at the Egypt embassy on Wednesday and was told they no longer issued visas to candidates going to Cairo for Estonian visa appointment,I asked the woman when next I should apply,she told me her advice is that I try another route. So the best thing right now is to go the normal Egypt tourist visa application route. I have an agent who is good with that and we have an agreement that there would be a discount if we are up to 5 candidates.So any Msc candidate interested should give me a call at 08036626137.

There is no system/link in booking for Estonian Embassy in Egypt. U don't need to book. With Estonian Embassy in Egypt all you need to do is to write to them through email and a date will scheduled for you by the secretary to the Consular.

one insurance for both , u can buy swisscare 197 euro online , they will issue u the insurance certificate immediately to ur email print it and present it at the embassy as well , your plan should be 1yr plan ..I didn't get my visa in India , u can make bookings on booking.com for hostel accomodation .

one insurance for both , u can buy swisscare 197 euro online , they will issue u the insurance certificate immediately to ur email print it and present it at the embassy as well , your plan should be 1yr plan ..I didn't get my visa in India , u can make bookings on booking.com for hostel accomodation .
