torres89: my bro don't misinterprete the bible. let me show u dis: Matthew 5:17-19 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 39 Likes 2 Shares |

HE WAS TALKING ABOUT THINGS WRITTEN CONCERNING HIM! … And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning Himself… … And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. - Luke 24:27 & 44 HE SAID, THINK NOT THAT I COME TO DESTROY THE LAW......(POSSIBLY) BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO ARREST HIM BEFORE: -My Humble Opinion. …Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand, And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode. -Jn.10:39-40 …Then they sought to take him: but no man laid hands on him, because his hour was not yet come. – Jn.7:30 …So there was a division among the people because of him. Matt.19:8 You Worship In Vain, If Your Focus Is On Denominational Doctrines Based Only On Jewish Traditions And Other Commandments of Men! ……This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. –Matt.15:8-9 HE GAVE A NEW COMMANDMENT, BASED ON HIS TWO SUMMARY OF THE GREATEST COMMANDMENT! ...A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another -John 13:34 ...But when the Pharisees had heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they were gathered together. Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying, Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. I think the Bible is asking women not to mourmor in church but rather ask their husbands when the get home about anything they are not clear about. That's what Pastor Chris said. Do not take Bible verses out of context, a verse may not be self explanatory except when read with the understanding of the proceeding verses. Selah! 3 Likes 1 Share |

You are 110% correct. Churches nowadays twist the bible to satisfy their own beliefs ( Read 2 Peter 3:16). It is pointless talking to these for their determined to hold fast to what is untrue to the end. (Read Matthew 24:24, 2 Timothy 4:1-4, 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12) Below may also interest you though I wrote it below fully understanding your question 2 Timothy 3:16-17 says ," All scripture is inspired by God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, so that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work. It says "All Scriptures" and not just some to make a "A man of God to be fully competent" 1 Like 1 Share |
