Recall that the Acting President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo earlier this year signed a couple of executive orders in accordance with recommendations for ease of doing business in the country, so we want to find out since then have you been able to register a company or business name, what processes were involved, was it easy and client friendly or nothing has changed. Please provide honest unbiased answers. Lalastic lala kindly move this to FP so as many as possible nairalanders can respond. Thank you all. |

Lots of hiccups with the new e-filing system. Still at its teething stage. The question is, will it ever outgrow this stage. I will advise you file at other branches of CAC where e-filing is yet to take effect. |

E-registration is quite smooth, cheap and fast. I got a company registered and got CAC certificate within a week 1 Like |
