Well, i think its safe to say that even the cabal does not trust Osinbajo to be a strict commander in chief of armed forced. Do you seriously think Osinbajo can take action against Nnamdi Kanu if his followers start rioting? That's one of the reasons they prefer the Attorney General instead... military coup or not..
