The melanasian people do have haplogroup "E" which genetics have found is also widely distributed in Africa.

Lol, actually Lagos is a large city and some parts can be mistaken for Europe and there are many other medium or low income areas showing the hustle and bustle of the completely urbanized state. Note there's also Lagos state and then Lagos city in Lagos state.
There are many other cool parts of Nigeria for tourism and other serene environments.
