Hillary Clinton threw an embolus few years ago and was treated and she was fine to contest for POTUS last year. Anybody that throws an embolus in Nigeria DIES! People have stroke in SA and become almost as fine after treatment. In Nigeria, stroke patients die or are permanently disfigured in most cases, because, ordinary CT scan is not available in many places and when found, an average citizen cannot afford it. Health care providers are left to do trial and error as done by Hippocrates in 400BC. NIGERIA IS FAILED AND UNDER A CURSE 2 Likes |

Stupid post. Why are you blaming South Africa, Why not equipped Nigeria hospital to be able to cope with this type of situation. Is it not shameful that Nigeria govt is begging another African country who got independence couples of year ago for medical facilities despite the fact that we got our independence before them. Moreover if it's the governor son he Would find a way of fast tracking the case and fly his son to America or London. So blame Nigeria govt and the governor. 4 Likes 1 Share |

As an intern pharmacist at Orthopedic Hospital, Enugu, I saw worse cases of burns managed successful in the hospital. When an explosion occurred in a brewery in Umuahia some years ago, the many badly burnt patients were successfully managed in Enugu. Except there is more to the pictures of patient or the Orthopedic Hospital in Enugu is no longer what it was 15 years ago, my take is that should have taken him to Enugu 1 Like |

Hi Nairalanders! There is no reason why the governor shouldn't be seeing him in a specialist hospital in his own state rather than attempting to ship him off. When will Nigerian's stop accepting sub-par medicorcity from our "leaders"?! I made a video in regards to Nigeria's current landscape. It"s a video on restructuring the nation and why it's resurging now. I hope to borrow a few minutes of your attention watching it please https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7SKI7vL7SY . I address how we got here and what's wrong with the Nation at this point in time. 1 Like |
