nemesis2u: The 055 will never be a threat to the IN. In fact it'll just be a magnet for the hypersonic operational Brahmos3 as will all and any aircraft carrier China builds! Will the pralay complement the brahmos? |

kikuyu1:Brahmos2/3 is really a threat but considering it's range 300km-600km the weapon-launching plantform is hard to get close to it's target without being dicovered as type-055 and air craft carrier will never sail alone but with a fleet, and thers is DF-26 ASBM covering them usually.

kikuyu1: why do u ask me this compromising questions Dawood Ibrahim is kind of a namesake only , real actors r others and too numerous at that. Dawood has harmed india and the same Dawood has harmed its masters P******* manifold in india there is a powerful mothafucker group of fake intellectuals, presstitudes, politicians, communists, feminists, NGOs, bureaucrats and composed of all kinds of scum known as the Lutyens gang. when the fuckers british left india , they appointed the above group to protect their interest and keep India weak , over the years the members of this mothafuckers have served the interests of Americans , European , evangelists , wahabists , Russians ,pa******* etc and fuccked their own motherland . in the past there was 2 attempts to kill Dawood but both the time mission was cancelled when the teams was just minutes away from killing the ahole when it was realized that info was leaked by members of the Lutyens gang. In 2011 when the FBI busted an ISI front in the United States, they discovered that the man running the racket, Ghulam Nabi Fai, had funnelled $4 million from the ISI to influence American opinion on Kashmir. The FBI recorded 4000 emails and phone calls from his Pak***** handlers. According to the FBI, of the statements Fai made, 80 per cent were provided by the ISI for him to repeat and disseminate verbatim. The other 20 per cent were Fai’s own ideas, but which were pre-approved by the ISI. In other words, he was a 100 per cent Pa****** spy. And guess who were among his guest list: mothafucker indian shiitholes retired justice Rajinder Sachar Gautam Navlakha (editor of the communist rag Economic and Political Weekly) Dileep Padgaonkar (former editor of the Times of India) Harish Khare (the media adviser to the previous prime minister) Ved Bhasin (editor, Kashmir Times) Harinder Baweja (former India Today journalist) Praful Bidwai (experienced columnist with communist leanings) sometimes i really appreciate Chinese communist party way of dealing with mothafukers when u hear bad things about india majority of the time it is due to these media mothafukers and the India-hating media of the English speaking countries Economist, Washington Post New York Times and BBC etc. what these mothafuckers do is a classic hatchet job, with low risks. As the news business is not an exact science, you can always allege something loudly, make your target/country look guilty, and then retract silently if you are outed as a liar. Meanwhile, the international media (or more accurately, the India-hating media of the English speaking countries) picks up these scraps of misinformation and soon you have usual villains such as BBC, The Economist, Washington Post and New York Times proclaiming that India/target is this and that. The Indian presstitude media, which contributed the original lie, now quotes the western media to buttress their claims that target/India is indeed what their lies claim it to be. That India’s name is sullied and is of no concern to the mothafuckker Indian presstitude media. india's biggest enemy is some of the mothafuker indians themselves. may my piss and shiit be on them. 1 Like |

nemesis2u: I've just googled your Lutyens gang and WOW! Your anti national desh drohi Anglophiles are referred to after Lutyens,New Delhi named after the designer. A staggering number of freeloaders, politicians and assorted sycophants have been squatting on prime property in the heart of the nation’s capital in what is called the Lutyens Bungalow Zone (LBZ). The number of houses vacated has increased three times under the Modi government. Shockingly, 1,207 houses are still under unauthorized occupation in Delhi – of which 27 are with journalists. Could this imposition of the rule of law be behind the unrest visible in these elite circles?http://www.hindupost.in/politics/lutyens-delhi-angry-narendra-modi/ So,you're rentiers are finally feeling the heat! Interesting! But damn, all those homes are above minimum 10m$! Almost like Beverly Hills or Miami Beach!!? At least you know where to find them. 1 Like

kikuyu1: i will not say that type 55 is a very very very capable ship atleast on paper, Indian navy has no answer to it presently in terms of comparable ships or in the immediate future . a sensible person will prepare for a threat even at face value (specs on paper) , so that he is not caught by surprise. while at the same time he will use his resources to find the true capabilities, so that he can utilize the info to design/build the counter later. for a type55 the best platform suited to destroy it is a submarine armed with supersonic cruise missiles at minimum engagement ranges of atleast 300 km. a volley of 3 supersonic missile fired at Lo-Lo flight profile will/should escape detection by ship radar due to radar horizon limitation due to earths curvature and ship radar mast height untill the last 20-30 seconds before impact time. 3 brahmos fired at a aircraft carrier is generally assumed by military planners to be capable enough to alteast cripple it . aircraft carriers r targeted using a combination of flight profiles like lo-lo (sea skimming) , lo-hi (near 90 degree vertical dive) , lo-hi-lo (S maneuver) among others. the soviet had pioneered the use of this strategy of destroying powerful ships / carrier groups using submarine launched volley of supersonic cruise missiles. brahmos is being up-ranged to 1000km , it will take 2-3 years plus brahmos mini / NG with range of 300km is being developed to enable SU30MKI , MIG29K and LCA etc to carry 3 of them. actually info about pralay is scare , nothing sure can be said about it. and i am more interested in HSTDV hypersonic cruise vehicle with scramjet engine which is supposed to be testfired this December. 1 Like |

jakeporeshenko: lol kikuyu1 and i r going into real estate and ur invited too provided u do all the financing IAF chief is in France becz IAF is in a fuucked up situation , its squadron strength is dropping like flies IAF wants large numbers of rafale but dassault is playing hard ,asking a steep price for complete TOT under make in India program for the additional rafales. and govt will not sanction any deal without TOT and within reasonable price. IAF is unwilling to buy gripen E / F16 becz these 2 dont perform well in high altitude regions , there is no nuclear hardening, restricted to convention roles and without full TOT plus charging a high price . but interestingly with regard to LCA MK2 dassult is offering pseudo steath technology like spectra suite Lockheed martin is offering F16 block 70 technology for fitment into LCA MK2 SAAB is offering its gripen E technologies for fitment into LCA MK2 plus there is a geo-political aspect . -deleted- and in return America expects India to buy american fighters F16 followed by F35 . till now the silver lining for me is the solace that india still has got men who r following and implementing the statecraft of chanakya-chanakyaniti the bible for every aspiring leader /diplomat / intelligence dudes note:IAF chief is in France to also negotiate for 2nd hand jaguars 2 Likes |

nemesis2u: I saw a detailed article concerning this a few days ago, in your opinion what is IAF next multi role fighter that will used to plug these gaps ? Has Russia also offered the mig-35 to IAF because it seems like only western options are being reviewed, maybe IAF wants to shift away from Russian fighters a little to reduce dependency. |

nemesis2u: All true but shooting down an incoming Mach 3.5 Ash with the diameter of a basketball is a tough tough ask even for an AEGIS equipped ship. Imo,only a direct energy weapon system can effectively deal with incoming Ashs. I think Russia has an operational DEWS they used to shoot down 2 incoming missiles off Syria,September 2013. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPEkPVdd-3Q A well informed diplomatic source told As-Safir newspaper that “the US war on Syria had started and ended the moment those two ballistic missiles were fired, leaving inconsistent information, as Israel denied and Russia confirmed, until an Israeli statement was issued indicating they were fired in the context of an Israeli-US joint drill and fell in the sea, and that they were not related to the Syrian crisis.”https://www.cathinfo.com/world-war-iii-chapter-2/russia-shoots-down-2-us-ballistic-missiles/ The Caucanderthals were trying to false flag both parties into a war;a USS Liberty 2.0! 1 Like |

kikuyu1: yes DEWS is the way forward , IMO though only US has operational naval DEW systems, but i could be wrong. @kikuyu1 and others let me ask u this u have 2 similar supersonic ASHMs only difference one has prominent wings on its body and the other has none. now both of them r fired at 2 different targets of the same type. and both of the ASHM r tracked and engaged by the individual ships Gatling gun type CIWS at distance of 20-30 m and both the CIWS manages to score a hit on the respective ASHMs. now tell me which ASHM out of the two is likely to hit its intended target and why |

satellite pic of DRDO-owned and Indian Navy operated Missile Range Instrumentation Ship Officially dubbed as an Ocean Surveillance Ship (P-11184), 2 ships of the class r being built. the ships will host two types of tracking radars 1.long-range L-band active phased-array tracking radar for monitoring the flight trajectory of ballistic missiles like ICBMs and SLBMs. 2.an active phased array X-band precision tracking radar for tracking the in-bound flight trajectories of MIRV-type warheads. The long-range L-band active phased-array tracking radar is a derivative of the indigenously designed and developed L-band, monopulse Multi-Object Tracking Radar (MOTR) that is now operational at ISRO’s Sriharikota-based Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SHAR). The MOTR developed at a cost of Rs.245 crores between 2012 and 2015, can track 10 different objects simultaneously with a range of nearly 1,000km. objects measuring up to 30cm by 30cm can be tracked at a distance of 800 km. objects measuring 50cm by 50cm can be tracked at a distance of 1,000 km. The MOTR active phased-array antenna contains 4,608 radiating elements, and the entire radar weighs 35 tonnes, is 12-metre-long and 8 meter tall. 1 Like

the second Ocean Surveillance Ship will sport a smaller version of the MOTR, known as the M-MOTR as well as X-band active phased-array precision-tracking radar. it will be used for monitoring the flight trajectories of long-range subsonic and supersonic land-attack cruise missiles, especially during their terminal phases of flight. pic 1 land based mobile version of M-MOTR pic 2 M-MOTR 1 Like 1 Share

jakeporeshenko: sir choice will be dictated by the availability of $$$$$ i am not privy to the actual situation inside IAF regarding the threat assessments and the related technical, logistical, industrial nitty gritty involved with the same. i will want an aircraft which can be forward based with minimum "logistic foot print" an aircraft is vulnerable when it is on the ground especially in forward bases, an aircraft is safe when it is in the air. an aircraft with minimum turn around time and low maintenance and with low logistic foot print will have more survival chances and will be more effective to pursue and enforce combat operations since it will be in the air most of the time with periodic change of pilots, refueling and rearming. i will not prefer MIG 35 since it is 2 engined and MIG aircraft's (except for MIG 21) r very heavy on maintenance plus it is costly too. also logistic foot print is huge. i will prefer additional Rafale with complete TOT and order 200+ LCA MK2 fitted with Rafale technologies like pseudo stealth (spectra suite). India is not moving away from Russian aircraft's entirely, it is trying to cut down the multiple Russian types into only 2 types -SUPER SU30 MKI and PAKFA/FGFA/PMF 2 Likes |

kikuyu1: i posted the video u asked above and well it seems i erred in my previous write up/explanation on ATAGS becz the revolver analogy i gave was to highlight the following similarity ie revolvers have ready to fire six round bullet chamber/magazine same as ATAGS ready to fire six-round automated magazine. there is no revolving chamber in ATAGS becz the ATAGS has a six-round “automated magazine”, it can fire a six-round burst in just 30 seconds. as far as i know most other 155-mm, 52-calibre towed artillery guns have three-round magazines, which must be reloaded after firing 3 rounds and therefor will take longer time to fire 6 rounds. even without any sort of automated magazine, many artillery guns have the Multiple Simultaneous Round Impact capability, generally dictated by the capability of the onboard ballistic computer plus related systems/components. i think one can have Multiple Simultaneous Round Impact capability with maximum 5 rounds fired ie land 5 rounds at the same spot almost simultaneously . 1 Like |
