samguru: You have said it all...I don't have joy for any stock that misbehaves. Anything you cant recover in this bull forget it. Why? Cos when the market goes down everything goes down with it. If GTB is coming down, so is every other stock. Shekena! |

Be sure the rally will continue tomorrow, well for those coys in your good books that are yet to release their results. But for those that have released good results; as they climb down down to meet me the prospect of climbing onto their ladder is great - the future truly belongs to them. |

currentprice: Currentprice, Chibuking8, Loco & Peter una go buy at 52 weeks high last last. I would rather ride the trend and lock in profits. |

All you need is a layman to predict the market, you may not find the expertise of a financial advisor to time the NSE. Speaking from experience. |

If not for the sentiment around FBNH, that is how NSE sends a stock below a price of no return. They can ask diamond bank, Transcorp etc. When it finally happens, no amount of conference call would break N2 resistance |

Sold my Zenith Bank today @25.60 the plan is re-enter at about #20ish thereby increasing my holdings without committing a penny of new money. Clearly a correction will set in soon. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by stcool(m): 4:30pm On Jul 27, 2017 |
Willie2015: Correct...why I said most of them would buy @ 52 weeks high in sept/oct. Unless they want to buy JuJu-kobo kobo stocks. |

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-07-27/nigerian-stocks-haven-t-had-a-run-this-good-since-2001-chart "From the world's worst to the top performer" Who has eyes should see. So many would come buying when the party is over. We are gradually going to where sentiment would push prices more than results. |

don't think the FBN result is that bad...don't be surprised to see it bullish tomorrow...is it not NSE. If Oando with all the SEC investigation is still gaining....then no issues.. #I stand with the Elephant! 2 Likes |

For those waiting to buy dangote flour at N3.82k you will wait forever...It's gone past that value! There is strong sentiments on its side as such nobody should expect a sharp drop in it's price...This is a stock that the market has punished seriously for making losses over the years prior take over. Thus, seeing the new management creating value for shareholders by returning the company to profitability and consistent earnings growth might prevent continous undervaluation of the stock...Though I see profit taking happening for a while before the rally will continue.. 2 Likes |
