How will the Innoson series of court cases affect GTB overall performance? We are talking of at least 2 billion in damages. |

stcool:I beg to differ. Their results are almost the same. Sterling half year 2016 was 4billion, 2017half year 3billion. Like I said, all banks will experience lower foreign exchange income. |

DeRuggedProf: - Coys with solid fundamentals though thinly traded. - May not be suitable for the JIJO, but I ve made quite some serious dough from both stocks even far above stocks that are liquid. - Entered my first trade on Presco ard May at =N=49/50, sold in July =N=71/73 before closure of books - Entered another trade after closure at =N=61.00 same July and yet its already doing =N71.00 as at today - Bth stock will continue to break out with thin volume - Rencap placed Okomu value above N80, & Presco value above N=95 - We all know palm oil biz is good bizness in Naija 2day. |

DeRuggedProf: First and foremost I'm seeing a FULL BLOWN CRISES of which 2008 will a childplays. We know Stockmarket is one major yardstick to measure the economic state of a nation. Now ask yourself what has changed The nations is walloping in recession to extend TB true yield is 23% all in bid to attract FPI. Then few weeks ago we wake to suddenly discover the MARKET is FLYING WITHOUT WINGS and everyone is clapping. @t this junction you don't need Emelife to tell you we are in a bubble. I ONLY pity those don't know TRENDS as for me and my household we've locked out profits, converted our fund to USD now watching how the FILMTRICK will end. *ThE OcToPuS* 1 Like |

stcool: Are you peterichy? You are just everywhere blabbing as if your fund can bring down the price of japaul oil. If you are looking for cheap shares, continue bidding with the change in your pocket. Hopefully, one slowpoke will carelessly click the sell button to you. But until thst happens, take a chill pill and stop this monkey hunting nonsense please. 2 Likes |

PETERiCHY:...some of your comments are valid and we need to be more careful especially when NSE has just made a new 2 year high and many stocks making up to 10 year highs! Expectedly, investors will be looking for ways to take profits. Similarly, CBN gov's comment should not be discarded as many institutional and foreign investors will want to rely more on comments from a key financial figure like Emefiele. Former CBN gov, Sanusi, comments couple with world financial crunch caused the bubble of 2008. Having said that, what changed really is the improvement in the country's economy, check last 4 quarters GDP released. As you mentioned, stockmarket is a good yardstick to measure the economic state of a nation. When investors observed this improvement along with positive comments from key financial figures, even from Emefiele; using your words, "then THE MARKET STATED FLYING. IT IS DEFINITELY WITH WINGS - backed up by new economic outlook. I could still remember you advising everyone to pull out of stocks in March/April this year due to disaster you foresee, only to show evidence of making millions of profit made through the same stock market you forbid people! Historically, month of August is more likely to be bearish for the stock market, maybe comment from CBN gov and couple with bad Q2 results from some companies will herald A CORRECTION in the market, but not a bubble. Cheers. 6 Likes 1 Share

BullBearMkt: bless bro I trust you don back test tire lol I love that monthly chart of NSE ! I remain a student always What goes up , keeps going up , what goes down keeps going down while people argue why loll There are so many lessons to be learnt. The moment the monthly cud not close higher consecutively, it was a sell and time to short** . There was a massive negative divergence also But you can imagine the euphoria and sentiments of higher monthly closes back to back. Many were caught on d down trend , they wud be averaging down into d abyss, d buy and Hold wud see portfolio vanish Leaving d market with emotional bruises for years to come TA removes emotions and bias of market. You see it for what it is and not what you want it to be. Very important. I learn to remain fluid, i can change my mind at any time cheers always for sharing as it is and not your bias 1 Like 1 Share |

Mpeace: Bullish - Prices even when they pull back make higher lows . They dont fall to prev or most recent lows Ex: see GTB . . when it pulled back, it stopped ard 30 and cud not find its way to 25 , making a higher low) Bearish - prices break below prev lows and when they bounce , they make lower highs We have to identify and treat them differently 2 Likes |
