Not possible,first Biafra will join the Central African Union,which is going to be more economically and political beneficial than ECOWAS,which will automatically grant the country free entrance to Cameroon.

There is what is called the canon shot law which states that which is about 3 neutical miles from the sea,is the only distance Nigeria has exclusive right to the sea,outside of which the ocean is free for all the nations to carry out economic activities.

I am not moved by your genocide accusations. You are Igbo so by default of human weakness, you suffer from a persecution complex.
