rvpbae, I've not heard where b6 stopped AF before. I stand to be corrected though. I take it and it has never stopped AF from coming. In my own opinion, continue taking it. It helps with progesterone levels and its good for morning sickness.

As for bd during 2ww, bodies differ. A school of thought believes that if the woman has an orgasm, it could dislodge the fertilized egg while another says it doesn't do such. In my own opinion, if you have a very sensitive body, don't bd. If you have a rugged body, then go on san. But in everything, let the Holy Spirit guide you on what to do.

And I need mamas that has passed thru my shoes to share their experiences ,tho dh isn't complaining but I feel maybe I should leave my job and join him in the state he's working so we can focus more on baby making, its a two hours journey distance and its bin stressful lately. Most of my fertile period falls on week days and baby dancing is always affected.
Just between two juncture to leave or not.

So I just allowed malaria to deal with me for nothing ehn. Started feeling feverish on Monday and I knew AF was to show so'

DH thought I was beginning to lose it. Lol. AF retaliated with the worst pain ever. I no mind sha because I know it's my last till next year. Mamas wey no dey feel menstrual pain, una no know wetin God don do for una o. I've tried practically everything but it's still the same old story. I've been able to handle every problem I've had except menstrual cramps. I know felvin isn't good but it's the only thing that stops the pain. I know one day, this too will surely pass. It is well.

lemme throw it out there, incase you havent tried these. most people with serious period pains also hv heavy bleeding
major cause of menstrual pain is endometriosis and sugar.

to stop or reduce period pains, stop sugary food/soft drinks/carbs/cakes etc completely or if u cant 10days before ur period
start a moderate exercise regime 10days b4 period - just walking 1km daily is enough
ruzu bitters, take one or 2 bottles from cd 1 and stop b4 ovu, for best/faster results..u can take truout cycle, if u r ttcing that cycle

garlic&ginger infusion - this might be difficult because of the smell, but u can try dicing the garlic and swallowing with water, while you grate or blend the ginger. you can also do only ginger as its said to work too.

castor oil massage/serrapeptase/ primrose oil - all these dissolve the excess tissue/tone the uterus which is the major cause of endometriosis, may take 2 to 3 months for results to be seen

my dw has tried some of these remedies and it worked for her, just that she is not as disciplined as i am to stick to it religiously, so am sure it would work for you if you r the disciplined type

Bennyboo using letrozole cycle days 3-7 gives more follicles while 5-9 gives better quality follicles. Try combining follicle tracking with an injection to trigger ovulation so you can take a short leave to have timed intercourse.

Quitting your job is a huge sacrifice and may or may not give the desired result. Think it through in light of the present economic reality in the country.

My mum use to do this tincture that worked like magic on menstral cramp. Though ours were not that bad, just th normal mild cramps. But once you want to get lazy because if menses she will give you one shot and you are up on your feet the next minute

Chop garlic , ginger ,onion and I think bitter kola, soak inside ogogoro/kiakia/
One shot per day

Doctors usually say it's necessary esp to be able to know the exact location(s) where the fibroids are, how big they are, how many they are so that the Cut will be done appropriately.
Like me now, I couldn't do an HSG then cos I did my myomectomy b4 wedding and was still a virgin. It was advised but it was also concluded that it was going to be very painful for me. Hmm... I had multiple fibrosis then... I had to be cut Vertically which is the old method of cutting instead of the preferred horizontal cut. And that's why I was more scared of Adhesions recently ... Cos I also had a CS done on that same spot 11/2 years later. I.e I married & got pregnant 8 months after the myomectomy & had a CS 9 months after in 2014 on the same spot hence the diagnosis of Adhesions esp cos of the type of Cut. Been Ttc since then. Hope you get?

Please, I have a question, does anyone know or have any information about South Shore Women's Clinic, VI-I mean how much it would cost to undergo Fibroid Removal? I read great reviews about them on Fibroid removal (Myomectomy etc). I can't call the hospital to find that out as I know they may not disclose such information. The only information I got was the fee for registration which the customer service told me was 55,000.00 naira (registration and one time appointment with the Gynaecologist) I would really love to know what their fee is like. Maybe anyone has engaged their services before now. Please I await your urgent response..Thank you all so much. I am grateful.

My dear people of God, officially I announce my BFP!! Jehovah has done. Been TTC since beginning of this year, I know some people might think that isn't so long but we all have our battles, na only me know where e dey pepper me, so it is a WIN WIN for me.

First thing I did was to join this forum, I learned a whole lot. My period has always been VERY regular but since I began TTC, I get this one week to AF spotting, every single month. I knew it was not normal. I brought the matter here, one mama told me Vit B6. I read it up and learned it was due to low progesterone and B6 could solve it. I ignored and continued like that.

I later tried the B6 but took all thru my cycle, when I didn't get BFP, o threw all the drugs away. I joined Hallelujah challenge. I got Gynae, I and hubby got treated for infection. I brought my spotting issue again here, someone else mentioned progesterone, I told my doctor from the beginning cos I felt that was an issue, he swept it off and gave me clomid last cycle. Didn't work last cycle. He said HSG, I told him my tubes are fine cosbi believe so.

This cycle, I just bought the b6, started taking 100mg after I suspected ovulation was over. On Saturday night, I decided to do a test, got a very faint line. today blood test and big positive.

God that blessed me will surely visit everyone. Despite my plenty sins, he found be worthy. I am happy.

My first pregnancy symptom was painful breast. I thought maybe AF but usually my nipppless would hurt, I even said I would go check it out at the hospital. Also plenty discharge, even thought it was an infection but no itching

My dear, it is better experienced than imagined. As I saw the faint line, I couldn't sleep well at night for two days. kept waking up to check the strip maybe the line would disappear. I dreamt I was breastfeeding my baby.

Thanks a lot, sir. Endometriosis? After researching, hubby told me its probably what's wrong with me since I've tried so many things to no avail but I rejected it. Endometriosis on top bronchitis and eye problem? Na only me waka come?

I have tried them all except the ruzu bitters but I took goko cleanser. I think sugar is the culprit for this cycle. I took sugary things out of anger. I no take, pain. I take, pain. So make I kukuma take am and brace up for the pain. I'll however try the garlic and ginger and the castor oil again. I'll try my best to be disciplined even though I strongly believe this is my last AF for this year. Thanks again. Fertility blessings
