10d0ve:I must confess, i am afraid of our tomorrow, messi is human and very soon nature will catch up with him. nobody can cheat nature, since neymar left his birth right as the heir of messi because of greed and envy of lionel messi. i feel this barca board must bring in young players not more than 24 years old. "any transfer window this year without young coutinho, mbappe, erikson of tottenham will be a failure to me. "we seriously need to plan for the future. "madrid has bale, isco, ascensio for the future. "man united has rashford, martia, pogba 4 the future. But what do we have in barca for now? Absolutely nothing. "we need our lamasia and young stars like coutinou, mbappe, dybala and erickson. |

Anyone who says Barça should go for dybala is blind.. The guy is a fraud.. |

Bale is for the future? Okay.. Aite.. It's either coutinho or Eriksen, I'd prefer coutinho.. They both play the same position but have different influence.. |

Omobarca: Lol. Me think Neymar believes Messi would never be tackled as such in training.. He probably sees the leeway afforded to Messi and believes he deserved same. He's probably like "Semedo, you dey mad? Am I the only attacker on the pitch? Can't you see Messi on the pitch but I know you've got no ball to tackle him but na me you wan use shine your congo, eediot" |

Neymar wants Coutinho to join him at PSG. They could be submitting a bid soonest |

People dont know that apart from greed, other major reason why Neymar left barca is that nobody answers to him, 100% of senior players in barcelona are more mature than him, they see neymar as a spoilt, talented young kid. "unlike in santos or psg where he will be their demi god, he can misbehave anyhow and talk to anyone in the changing room and even shout at any player in a match or training if they did not pass the ball to him. "but in barcelona, neymar dares not shout at any senior player, he is inferior to most of the senior players like pique, messi, suarez, alba, macherano, thuram, vidal, stergen our goal keeper, iniesta, rakitic, busquet, and the rest senior players. the players he has authority over are the young ones on the bench. "he is not treated like a star amongst the players just like messi and suarez. "i watch a video where luiz suarez got angry at him in training and suarez tried to kick him and neymar ran away. now who will dare kick neymar in psg in training? nobody has that gut. |

DarkRebel69: Eeya.. Sowwie.. Lol. I hope Psg deploy him as a centre forward though, I feel that has always been his best position, he often looks unreal to me whenever I see him as a roaming striker. Moreover Psg needs a better player than Cavani in the position. And how do you know he doesn't have a chance at balod'or at Psg? Is it at Barca he will get to have one when there's Messi who tend to take the glory for his team performance although Messi is quite better than him right now but there were some games he looked class above Messi, for example, the Psg Match. I still can't believe Xavi never got a baloon d'or because he deserved one. |

bykebyke: He's right. Those spanish folks are really in need of some cool cash because their economy is that bad. This is not saying Ronaldo didn't have problem with his taxes but according to report, prior to 2014/2015 or so, La liga never had problem with foreigners, especially new players who try to siphon their image rights money through some nameless company as long as they pay what's deemed fit to the govt. Moreover, they informed Ronaldo about the new system change and he wired out the cash credited to him and he was told he's good, only for the sleazy spanish govt to come back for more money. They should have simply stated the spanish govt needed a bail out fund. Yeye.. |

Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by Kagawa10: 4:12pm On Jul 31, 2017 |
bykebyke: I'm only stating the truth. Ronaldo joined Madrid in 2009 and at the time, the new system wasn't in place nor were the foreign players held by their balls for image rights. They even wanted to rope Mourinho into their stupid saga even when he already left the fucvking league. I hope new players shine their eyes before embarking on La liga train. |

bykebyke: That's the truth though. Even Alonso who's a spanish went through the same means with his own image rights because he had recently joined La liga from Liverpool. All foreigners were afforded some leeway as regards to their image rights until recently when Spain is in need of cash. Wetin concern me with La liga anyway? I'm only here to laugh at everyone. It will be so good to have Cristiano and Messi in prison. At least, the quality of La liga will reduce.. |
Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by DarkRebel69: 4:59pm On Jul 31, 2017 |
Kagawa10: Neymar would struggle to function optimally if he played as a centre-forward. That role is too rigid, too constraining for a player who likes to colour outside the lines. It would mean placing a lid on his creativity and playmaking ability. How many centre-forwards have you seen that love to hog the ball, dribble, and get off from making incursive runs into the opposition's box? Is Lewandownski or Ibrahimovich found doing all of that? Neymar ticks all of those boxes and that makes him best him suited to play either as a winger or as an attacking midfielder. Do you watch when he plays for Brazil? He plays mostly as a SS (Suporting striker) and he usually almost delivers a hair-raising performance. He has a better chance of winning the Balon d'or with Barça than he has with PSG. He placed third in 2015 for the Balon d'or, so what does that tell you? Besides, when last did PSG win the Champions league? And do you see such a team winning the trophy in the foreseeable future? Messi isn't always going to be always Messi, and at some point the need for a permanent replacement for the Argentine would arise. But that doesn't stop Neymar from being the best in the world even while playing alongside Messi. If Neymar was half as emotionally mature as Eden Hazard, he would have long ousted Messi and Ronaldo, but he's just too playful, too unserious. Although it's a knack of his to always show up for the team when it matters the most. 1 Like |

DarkRebel69: He's played as a false 9 at Barca and he was unreal in the role. Personally, I think his movement and anticipation are almost as good as Ronaldo who's the best at it, although Neymar's not a good finisher unlike Ronaldo. Also, he's got great agility to manoeuvre his way out of tight pressure unlike Ronaldo. His linkup play is quite good as well. In fact, the fasle 9 role is made for him. |

DarkRebel69 I also think Neymar needs the centre stage to be at his best and probably the reason he often looks at his best whenever everyone has a shite day because everyone would tend to defer to him who was having a good game at the time. Hence, going to Psg will give him that centre stage he craves and Psg is no small club. If not for Psg coach who went out with a poor mentality and asked his team to park a huge bus against Barca at camp nou, even when he knows he didn't have efficient attackers who could have dispatched whatever little chance they get to have in the process nor have got the defence to wage against Barca's attacking storm for quite long unless they had decided to pen back Barca with continuous attack of their own but the weak coach came up with a poor defensive play and got whooped in the end. |

Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by DarkRebel69: 6:22pm On Jul 31, 2017 |
Kagawa10: When did Neymar ever play as a false 9 in a Barcelona shirt? List some of the matches. |
Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by DarkRebel69: 6:41pm On Jul 31, 2017 |
Kagawa10: If he needs to be at the centre stage or have no other player contending for the spotlight with him before he can perform well, then he probably isn't worth his salt. A good player will thrive regardless of competition. In fact, competition to terrific players is a healthy shot of adrenaline, a magic serum that keeps their competitive juices flowing and spurs them to do better. I'm looking at the big picture here, that was why I said in the first post I made as regarding the matter that a move to PSG would only offer him short-term benefits. If Neymar goes to PSG, he might become the Kings of kings over there, might win the League 1 and a couple of local French competitions, but that'll most likely be the summit of it all. A local champion of France is all he'll ever get to be, not a champion of Europe. As you know, winning the champions league with PSG is more difficult than Chinese algebra. And with the corrupt politics played out in FIFA, no Champions League translates to no Balon d'or. |

Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by Kagawa10: 6:59pm On Jul 31, 2017 |
DarkRebel69: How are you sure about that? Psg trounced Barca the last time until Neymar showed up. Who knows if Neymar is the final piece to solve their puzzle.. Moreover, the main thing is he's got the confidence to think he can excel and take his team to another level if only he's given more responsibility and allowed the centre stage. That's the spirit. It's not about not being able to compete with the very best but to be given the chance to do his thing as the main man. |
