Please kindly advise them on the effects of what they are doing because I don't think they are aware of this consequences. Bros e never reach like dat ..... gas dey dangerous but no be say na 4 open place like that one ..... once it escapes it liquifies and becomes less dangerous... na when e dey for tight container like the cylinder na power dey am but the guy suppose change the head because na waste be this ....... NNPC dey leave the gas dem under sun and rain
