reduce your intake gradually..

as you are talking 600mg

reduce it to 400mg everyday for somedays maybe 1week-2wks

reduce it again to like 200mg for another 1-2weeks

then 100 then 50mg


then don't take it again .. you're gonna have feverish symptoms fatigue, headache,hot body,..
kill those symptoms with fever/malaria drugs


that's for TM sha.
maybe codienie too can work with this method.

It is very normal,it is called opiate withdrawal syndrome with a very clearly recognizable pattern which you can explore on YouTube or Google. That is why it is called "addiction" people get "sick" when they stop.
The newborn chlild of a pregnant addict has the same "sickness" after not getting the drug after birth which can be heartbreaking to observe.

OP, at this stage you need serious rehab. You will be placed on treatment and they will take you through a process to detoxify your system.

The whole process could take a long time and it won't be easy at all. You will feel worse than you are feeling now and almost think you are loosing your mind.

But be ready to go through the agony because it will be worth It in the end.

How. much does these drugs cost u daily?


Do ubknow any doctor, visit him tomorrow morning n ask for professional help. (don't rule out staying in an asylum home for a few weeks so that they can rehabilitate u and allow time for the drugs to permanently leave ur system.

It won't be easy, but getting professional help would be easier.

Go see a Doctor who can help you through the withdrawal process and what you are experiencing is a withdrawal process which is normal. You need to stay the course for your sake

When you try to stop it you would experience a Withdrawal symptoms. My advice to you is not to pray only, inform your Family members or your close associates and get to a well equipped medical center. Rehab won't cure you, a hospital would have to remove the toxic substance in your blood inwhich they would also work on the way the body reacts to you not taking the drugs.


Its a long journey but I'm sure with you in the right hands you would skipped that part of your life.
