But the quack doctor was only trying to save life? There's no basis for his arrest because he had no malicious intent administering that infected blood to the child. If there's anyone to be arrested it's the blood donor who donated an infected blood. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Nigeria and fake or quack doctors are like 5&6 On a serious note, JOHESU needs to warn its staff. Hospital attendants, nurses and pharmacists can still be arrested for being QUACK as long as you are not a licensed medical doctor. That is a fact. Watch bad belle, pained people try to argue foolishly with me |

What do you expect before? In the U.S, one of the things that has kept the Senate divided and busy since Trump took office is healthcare reform.. In Nigeria it's........ That's why Pastors are thriving. Sick people who can't afford treatment in hospitals either go to Native doctors, visit quacks or Meet their Pastors for Devine solution. Meanwhile people are busy chasing shadows |

I am not surprised, This is just one out of hundreds and thousand of cases. Northern Nigeria is a mega paradise for quackery as far as the medical professions is concerned. Anybody can be a Doctor, Medical lab scientist, Nurse, Pharmacist in the North. They seem to believe that all it requires is a white laboratory coat. Life is not valued over there, therefore any ignorant fellow can become a cheap victim. Most of the hospitals in Northern Nigeria lack the presence of qualified professionals. The government hospitals most inclusive! Anyone who has been to the North or served there as a Corper will understand better. I think the relevant authorities are sleeping, they are not doing their jobs. It is high time the different council of medical professions in Nigeria woke up and swing into action. It is not just enough to collect registration fees and issue license to members, close monitoring must be done to checkmate quackery. 4 Likes |
