Your profile is similar to mine. You didn't include documents that highlight your sponsor's souce of income. Is he self employed? Where is the money coming from? I don't think including your statement of account is necessary. These VOs know what corpers are paid.
Your parents are your home tie. Include their passport biodata page or birth certificate if they have one.

He's a retired civil servant and mostly gets his income from his shares

Ok. No implication if you prove it is from your sponsor(s). You best option is for him to transfer the remaining amount to you. If you think VO will notice his balance is too low after that, they will notice that without it too. Perhaps you should use 2 related sponsors. One for tuition and the other for living expenses.

Am grateful, God bless you.

Congrats.. @Alantobie, you can go thru this approval. I'll be applying to Concordia for winter too, that's why your application struck a muscle in me. My file is still being reviewed by graduate school. Get your GMCS so we can be sure of what their claim is. I'll have to be honest with you, a friend was also denied in June for insufficient fund and he fired back same application almost immediately with an explanation that the fund was more than sufficient and she was approved after just 2 weeks

Yes bro...I have ordered for gcms. I have also asked my program advisor to defer my admission. I for like enter this fall but I always know everything happens for a reason. I know say you go get the admission...we go see for that side whether they like it or not

Then he needs to write that in a letter adressed to the VO. Stating that he is retired, how much he makes from the shares and his other sources of income.

How come @Rubbies22? Can you share your profile and let's dissect the cause of the delay. Ain't you going to university of Alberta?

You need it to see what to correct in your reapplication... It takes like 1 month depending on some factors

Order it and you will see the main reason of your Refusal inside then correct those things in your reapp

Thanks so much, yes he already stated it in his letter of sponsorship that he's retired and also in the declaration of sponsorship how much he makes from the shares and all. Did you submit via online route ?

Why is it that most people who did not put down their names on the TRV hopeful list for Fall come in to share their Updates - Both Delayed and Approved. No hard feelings and not against any great testimony as we are all longing for some positive response sooner than later. But......

This goes to the silent readers/followers..... Please update the house on your application. So that it won't seem as if IRCC is totally forgetting some of us here, when they are actually busy updating the silent followers of this thread.

Congratulations to the recently approved.

Are you sure about this? Approved in only 2 weeks? If you are denied you know you cannot start with the same application, you have to start a completely new application and pay new fees. That said, if you are denied for only insufficient funds, I will make the case that this is the easiest denial to overcome.

2 weeks bro. She did online application and she had already done upfront medical. Insufficient fund is as good as an approval. No check again, just the finances and she used previous SOA sef not a new one. She got the confidence from the fact that her bf had same amount and was approved
