Get activities that the both of u can engage in like board games, but u should also talk to him about his addiction

Your husband is not alone. I'm more addicted than him. I don't think there's a solution other than get a non browsing phone. Deep down I know I'm addicted to phone but planning to shut down and deactivate all by September first. Discipline

I uninstalled Facebook on my device since May, with the intention of re-logging in August, but I changed my mind and have extended it to 2018. I've never regretted the decision. I'm considering uninstalling WhatsApp also. Would do that very soon.

If not for mobile banking, Google and Wiki, I would have stopped using a smartphone. I'm also working towards that.

Smartphone addiction is real. We just refuse to admit the guilt.
