Emergency drainage after the damage has been done. This will not go far. The best you can get with this is that you redirect the flood to another area or street but nothing would really change. All these cities have master plans which have been grossly violated. Restore the original master plans and you will have peace. |

Wonderful Rivers pple that always build their houses without gutter. They are so wonderful that the space that the reserve for roads are usually sml. So i wonder how they will dig gutter and still have enough space for vehicles. |

The Landlords did a marvelous job. They came together with a communal interest and made the long trench with escavator. Then the water was directed to a nearby canal.
