true.....but with coursework no need for all the supervisor bullshit. from what i have read getting a supervisor determines your chances of approval.
that's just another hurdle if you ask me
Then in two yrs time,if you decide to further, what happens ?
I think it is all about personal interests, and priorities.

What's your status in Poland? if you are there for studies or a permanent resident I will advise you apply from there as their processing time should be less than that of Nigeria but if you went there for visit then come back and apply from Nigeria

Am a student here with their residence permit.

i totally understand but would you sacrifice your career plan (go to academia just to cover your debts) on the basis of cost?
while i am at it.......is there anybody here who applied for coursework in canada ?

Boss,

I really don't understand why you are pissed at people going for research based or project based courses.

It is a matter of choice.

Everyone has a reason why they do things be it cost or purpose but in the end the decision is theirs and theirs alone to make.

I have seen people switch from course based to research based program and vice versa. Choosing to do one over the other does not limit your advancement or progress. What determines what you choose to do depends on your goals.

If going for a course based program is what you feel suits you, then you should go ahead with it rather than castigate or fault people who decide on a different path.

Warm Regards,

Mazi

That you don't want/need a Doctorate doesn't mean others don't

Thanks for the further clarification, however i will request for my GCMS and send an email to the School.

To further buttress my points on home ties, i also attached the following document:

-My SOA
-My Payslip
-Pension account summary
-The CAC documents of my company which i run in paralllel

khasm:

The truth is, you did not include home tie to yourself..your years of experience seems too little, no SOA, not married, no Kids, c'mon.no property doc

I am not saying without all these you cannot get visa, but chances are slim. Since you have left the gap for purpose of visit in your first app., you must clear the concern, cause every other VO will check.

The only way you can address the concern with this your profile is if you can convincingly explain to the VO the connection between you and your parents property and investment doc, i.e lettting them know you are the heir,etc..just think through it.

otherwise, let your circumstance change before reapplying

Good afternoon Gurus in the house, Am new here. I need your help and will like to be added to the TRV hopefuls. I was admitted to Regina University Fall 2017( Masters in humuan resources management) I submitted my documents on 26th of May 2017 (paper)Tracked my application via vfs global lagos and it says your application is being processed. Is there other ways I can check my status? Please help

I wish you good luck in your trv application. Am afraid there is no other way to track your application except through the aforementioned procedure you used in tracking plus I will be resuming this fall in same university for the same course. Welcome on board mate.

Delay is not a denial.

TEECANN:
Good day House,

I have a question please:

**I am at the verge of submitting a Federal Express Entry application. However, I am also going to apply for a Study Permit for a Masters program early 2018 that I intend to pursue in Canada. (Whether the Express Entry falls through or not).

My question:
Will I have issues with getting approval for my Study Permit application if I declare that I have an application in the express entry pool?

Thank you

Thank you Jnyuwa02,

I am talking about STUDY PERMIT, not TRV.
I just need to be doubly sure that EE application will not adversely affect my STUDY PERMIT application
I appreciate your contribution all the same. Thanks.

Sir the question was answered, whether TRV or study permit, they are distinctions without a difference when it comes to applying for EE and that effecting your visa application. Again the answer is an emphatic no. Applying for a student permit/or TRV and EE at the same time is fine.

Quick question,

Is there a stipulated time - say morning - I'm supposed to be at the VFS global office to submit my application?

It's because due to unforseen circumstances, I would be unable to go early in the morning tomorrow.

the earlier you get there the earlier you leave. I don't know how the population will be this period but as at June the crowd was so much that I got there around 10am and left around 8pm. So it's your call to make
