That air suspension will cost you one million naira PER WHEEL, to replace with new components. Total, 4 million naira for new air suspension ALONE.

Why anyone would buy ANY vehicle with air suspension, especially in Africa, is totally beyond my comprehension, unless that buyer is so wealthy that cost of repairs is no object.

Did you change with a new radiator? Did you check if the gear oil level is dropping?

It could be residual oil from the previous leak that was not properly flushed in which case you will have to drain and refill the radiator

Mobil 1 in Abuja is 18,000 per gallon. You need approx 2gallons (8.5-9litres)
Star oil is 4,500-5,000 per litre. You need 9 litres (your techie should also replace the ATF in the TC via the TC drain plug)

All the W124 Mercedes cars I have ever seen have been equipped with automatic transmissions, which are for the most part extremely reliable. My preference would have been for a manual gearbox, but Mercedes only ever produced them in very limited numbers for the W124, primarily for the European market, and never for the V8 powered old vintage Mercs that I drive exclusively.

In short, virtually all running W124 Mercedes cars that you find in Nigeria today, are likely be four cylinder engine variants, with an automatic gearbox.
