Firstly lemme disabuse your mind about the Nigerian Military, about the lack of external engagement by the military purely lies with the political corridors of civilian authority, secondly as to the abuse of human rights how & while unfortunate, is regrettable, but I think our military has the least case of such abuses, when compared to U.S , U.K, and lots of advanced nations as well as central & southern America. While the military should be commended in its role in maintaining peace internally, which has given it a name in the international community,finally for our respect for international court orders & rulings is solely an act of democratic nations which we are, I can assure you that any day the Nigerian Military will engage any African nation in battle, that day the map of Africa will be redesigned.
