Is it compulsory to chain the blocks at 10coaches? I made it 11coaches due to the undone road and I'm thinking of rounding off at 12 instead. But the builder is insisting that all buildings are chained at 10coaches whether your adding more coaches. Is this true?

Lintels are done at 10 coach, that is the standard sir.
How many coach was your foundation?
You increase building height during foundation, after german floor, there is standard height, which is the 10 coach for lintel, except for exceptional cases, which doesn't apply in your case. As your building is a simple residential one.

The road is undone and is on the same level with the land. The land is in rivers state so the fear of flooding and water settling in the compound is there.
Dpc wasn't done as I was told it wasn't needed for bungalows although I intend to do it either before or after roofing.

You would have address the issue of flooding and same level of land with road during the foundation laying.

From the trench to dpc level is the number of foundation coach, it can't be one.

From the last pic you sent it is ok, because the two coaches from down is for the german floor, while the remaining nine coaches is before the lintel, but wish you can make it three to four coaches for the german floor cos of flooding.
