Draft a general email that contain a supervisor focus area and edit supervisor name, focus area, and school each time you want to send.

I contacted the school and asked for proof of payment, they sent me a stamped reciept, then my Dad went to his bank and requested for a written confirmation stating that i have the said amount in my account. Which they did
Then i sent the two documents to Accraimmigration@international.gc.ca

Wow. This thread has really gone far, please I'd like to know if any one here got visa aprover along side with their kids, how did u do please. I'm about to pay my fees now for January session and start my visa processing. I intend doing it with three kids?

people get it applying with their children but I wouldn't advise you to do that, your kids will serve as a good home tie and also you will need more funds including them in your application. Why not apply on your own first then after getting your trv you can now apply for them to visit you?

it's not a must you include your transcript. Are you working at the moment? if yes then you will need to submit proof (work ID, employment letter, payslip, letter on intro from your place of work )

The statement of account that should be presented at poe incase of proof of funds? Can it be the same you used in submitting your visa app? Bearing in mind that it would have been more than a month by the time of travel?

Doesn't have to be the same, the officer at POE has no idea what you presented to VO, so any proof to back up the funds stated on your admission letter. Most of the times they don't even check, just a smile and a few questions and you are sent off your way.

Me i will say, hold everything for hand. @CanadianNurse, shebi you paid your tuition, carry the receipt for hand as well as the SOA you used for application. Just fortify yourself before you go begin stammer for POE.
