Mynd44:Oga there is no difference in those statements What benchmark did you use to classify statements that are hate speeches and statements that are insults You can't just choose the one that pleases you, hate is subjective NOT objective. What maybe a hate speech to you, maybe regarded as a joke to other person And to the best of my knowledge, Nigeria constitution has not actually specified what statements are hate speeches. Someone can call me "a big fool, and that tell me I'm worthless in life" , this will not move me, but I bet you, there are some people I will tell this exact words, and the will break down emotionally and regard this statement as being hateful.. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

So many ignorant ppl looking at figures that don't add up to make senseless points. The money in the country despite dwindling resources is more than enough. How do you believe people who assumed office based on lies and expect poleople to believe them now. I believe there's money in the country and it's STILL poorly managed. 2 Likes 1 Share |

captleonerd:Nice one bro. I remember back during election year, I knew both parties were bad but we had to choose the lesser evil. I remember when Boko Haramm seized a particular town for days killing hundreds and our President was in France, paying condolence to terrorist victims, he came back and said nothing about the incident for weeks campaigning around the country while people are slain, I remember his election campaign, no ideology or plan, he only attacked Buhari's image and Tinubu's. I was no fan of Buhari after his hate speech ' The baboon and the dogs blood would litter the streets' but it was obvious GEJ had no clue what he was doing apart from loot and justify stealing. It was after those pointless campaign I told my friends in school to vote APC and yes I campaigned Pro-Buhari. Not because I wanted him there but because we would collapse soon either when Boko Haram seize southern territories or the economy gets sucked dry by him, his wife and his 2 girlfriends (Diezani and Stella). Boko Haram no longer attack FTC or threaten Lagos, I was scared then because I had friends in Abj and anytime a bomb goes off I always call my girlfriend to know she was alive. GEJ is a colossal failure, he should be in court for the atrocities he did but he's hailed a hero of democracy. PMB wasn't the best Person to lead then, heck he was our only option, but he was our only way out of GEJ stupidity 6 Likes 4 Shares |

Yes Nigerians, especially his political cronies enjoyed unfettered freedom to loot, loot and loot. No wonder the nation was making mega high income but all reserves were growing negatively with nothing tangible on ground to show for it today. 3 Likes 1 Share |

But the then governor Amaechi didn't enjoy the so called freedom you talked about when you sent the then commissioner of police Mbu against him. Neither did ElRufai enjoy such self- acclaim freedom when you sent DSS to lock him up in the hotel that he lodged during Anambra state gubernatorial election then. 2 Likes 1 Share |

APC is a plague in nigeria and as the isrealites survived pharaoh, we shall survive buhari. GEJ wasn't a good president but everyday i wake up and read the news about APC and their shameless display of incompetence, i regret voting against PDP. God will punish APC and all the zombies supporting them. foolish set of old terrorists in power! |

That anyone still supports or praises Jonathan surprises me... Buhari might be failing right now, but isn't it really stupid to support that dull statement? Is it until HATE speeches (which r now the norm even here on NL) really become uncontrollable n spills into the streets via massacres n chaos that we will realise the need to tackle it? My question is WHY didn't Jona tackle the so called "hate" speech? Why did it allow it fester? That I'm doing something wrong n benefiting from it doesn't mean tomorrow I should allow it thrive ...even if it's turned around to disturb me?? I'm 100% behind APC on this one , people with flat chest n zero bravery will come online to spew hateful words like if it starts they won't besiege the borders begging to be let through . Jonathan supporters are as dull in reasoning as the Israelites who longed to return to slavery when they encountered a little hardship on their journey to freedom ... Just ask yourself would Israel even exist if their faction won? Think forward! 4 Likes 1 Share |
