I couldn't get hot water bottle to buy anywhere in this bush so I tried using sachet water (pure water) and it worked just fine. Hubby's singlet can serve as the flannel cloth. I don't use the flannel cloth anymore ever since I watched a YouTube video of rubbing the oil on the skin and just placing the hot water bottle on it for better results. If you're going to place the hot water bottle directly on the oil on your skin, you have to be careful with the temperature of the hot water bottle because direct contact with the castor oil makes it hotter. To avoid stories that touch. It is well with you.

That's a myth.
It totally depends on your cycle. Every woman has a luteal phase of 10-16 days (I stand to be corrected). So subtract that from the number of cycle days to get likely date of ovulation. So if your cycle is 24 days. You will likely ovulate anytime between CD10-14.

Pls don't ignore this. It is a very important matter and it bothers me that the Nigerian Ministry of Health has not brought this up:
